We needed a new furnace and AC. We got a quote from a place that supposedly has a "heart". WHOA! HOW MUCH? $200/month for 10 years, No thanks.
We called James at Integrity Heating and Air. His price was almost a third of the others. We financed a portion and it will be paid off in less than a year.

After Spending a very cold night without our furnace system working I looked on line for someone in the area and I ran across IHA and I am glad I did. I called and James answered the phone in a very professional manner and was able to give me an appointment that same day. He was caught up on another job and called me to let me know he was running late but would be here right after that. When he came he was in his uniform and had the necessary tools in his bag to get the repair done. He ran some test and located the problem and was able to solve it and get our system running and gave us some tips on things to do to keep our system running at optimal performance. Working in the Construction industry I am happy to see that there are still professional companies that care about good service and their customers. I had an issue with the Nest thermostat not receiving power out of the blue, so no Air or Heat. I followed the instructions on the Nest (error code E3) and still no luck. I called Integrity Heating and Air, Jimmy was able to come out the same day, diagnosed the issue and now we have a working FAU and Nest is back online. The issue by the way was the single pole switch was no longer functioning in the attic. I am one happy customer and will recommend Jimmy to anyone who needs Heating and Air service. Thanks Jimmy!

Jimmy and Larry just left my home after replacing the AC part of my downstairs unit. The install he did earlier this year on my furnace was amazing but the AC part was much more difficult and accomplished with much professionalism. Prompt and professional. Went above and beyond in evaluating and was very fair about price and was able to come about in less than a day. I will be using them again. The tech fixed and replaced the worn item from my units did some operational checks to ensure everything was covered and topped off coolant as well. Called Integrity Heating and Air for a repair on my heating unit. Jimmy picked up the call and quickly responded my call and agreed to come check it out on a Saturday afternoon. He did not have the part in stock, but obtained the part first thing Monday morning. Jimmy worked around my schedule and agreed to come install the part in the afternoon.
