My AC went out just before my son’s birthday party. I had family coming from out of state and didn’t want to disappoint my little guy. We all know how hot it gets out in the desert so I gave DAC a call and they had a technician out in no time. Friendly staff and the best prices around. Very impressed by the quality of work and I will recommend them to anyone!

DAC is a scam. They came out to look at our AC unit and collected money for the service and then we never heard from them again. We called to follow up as we were told we would get a quote for repairs and replacements so we could compare and still never got it. Eventually gave up and went with someone else.

update: as per the owners statement, we were never given any estimates as that is what we were told would be emailed to us and we never received them, so we called to get them and told they would send them and still never got them.

Excellent service polite and on time. We had a new HVAC system installed in our home. Highly recommend installers Michael .O and Daniel .C preform your service call. They were so nice polite and worked really hard on a hot day. They did a great job.

I contacted DAC Heating and Air for a comprehensive diagnosis for our dual unit a/c as it hasn't been working as well as it should. We had another company make 2 repairs within the past 2 years, as they are older models, and they recommended that we need to replace the motor which is pretty expensive. Javier, Ivan and another young man came to diagnose the situation and boy were they THOROUGH! They took their time, they inspected EVERYTHING! They checked both a/c units (while it was hailing/snowing) took pics, then came inside and checked the heating in the attic, plus they changed my filters which I hadn't had a chance to do yet...who does that?? DAC does!! They were incredibly nice, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to me....they broke it down so I would understand and didn't throw a lot of terms like other companies do. I have to say, I sincerely appreciated that the most. Turns out we don't need a motor after all, some simple re-wiring of the upstairs unit. Not only are they saving us a hundreds of dollars but are saving us a lot of headaches in the long run. I HIGHLY recommend DAC Heating and Air for all your needs. They are amazing...I promise you will not be disappointed. Thank you again for everything!!!

I would give them 1 millions stars if I could! Our extremely old unit died and they replaced it with a new one within 24 hours of us calling. Great prices, friendly and knowledgeable Employees, great communication on timing of when they were on their way. Will ONLY call them for future needs and will only recommend them to all family and friends!

DAC installed a new ac and heater unit in my home almost 2 yrs ago. They did a great job for me then and have continued to be there for me. No issues during or after install and plenty of follow up to make sure. Always professional, knowledgeable and friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Today after my semi annual service, Rick even cleaned my barn lights for me. Something I’ve been struggling to get done. thanks DAC for everything. I’ve been using DAC for almost 4 years now and service remains excellent.

I love having the preventative service contract with DAC. My tech was on time this morning and took his time to make sure my unit was clean and in good working condition. This give me such a "peace" of mind, especially living in weather extremes. Techs are always friendly and professional.
