GREAT price and got my system installed in a week from getting my quote with Paul. Quality is his priority and encourages customers to contact him if there are any faults. He is very responsive through text. I’d recommend him for anyone as he is a professional in his field at a great price.

If you want a top of the line a quality job, look no further. Paul is absolutely brilliant and found an inexpensive method to fix my saddle window AC and got the job done just in time for the coming heat wave. I am grateful and soooo happy. If I could give Paul and this business 10 STARS.

Exceptional service! My AC went out and I called Paul late night and he was at my place in about 30 minutes. Looked at the issue and found the source of the problem in no time. He sent one of his techs the next day early afternoon to take care of the matter. He was absolutely considerate of me and my children with it being so hot and all. I definitely recommend The AC Service Tech Guy for all your HVAC needs. Paul and his team are very professional and honest.

Paul always comes through. Always on time and extremely honest. It's my second time using his services and I am once again 100% satisfied. Professional work ethic and he knows his stuff. I definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone. You won't be disappointed.

Paul and his crew saved us from a sweltering home. They are amazing and do mini splits servicing that they did not install . They made our house go from 88 to 70 !!!! Thank you 😊

Call Paul he is amazing! My mom called because our AC stopped working and Paul was at our house right away! He is very nice and friendly. He worked as fast as he could and in no time it was fixed! Paul was great!! I called and he was there the same day. He fit me into his busy schedule. He was very knowledgeable and super nice. He had to get a new motor for my ac which he got the next day (since it was after hours) and came back and fixed my ac. Fair pricing as well. Thanks Paul!

The heater in our house has not been working as well as we think it should. Mark came out and quickly figured out our problem. He was kind enough to fit us into his schedule last minute too. His recommendations were easy to understand and his price was fair. I will recommend him to anyone I know that needs a trustworthy and reliable heating and air professional

I called them because my puppy had chewed the wires to my A/C unit and were in need of major repair. The receptionist was very friendly and did her best to schedule me a technician ASAP. When the tech arrived he was very professional and was quick to make the necessary repairs. Plus side, the repairs that were needed didn't break the bank. Definitely recommend extreme air and will be my new go to for A/C service.

Very bad, unprofessional, uneducated,they don't know what they are doing. Came to work on our cooler just to make it worse, they said that we need a new cooler and it's been weeks and still no cooler, we are suffering in the heat

This guy is an absolute joke. Very unprofessional. Refused to go on my roof when he was told the furnace was on the roof. AHS should be embarrassed to have a contractor like this.

Richard was not professional and he came out 3 times and told us that are heater was fine and still are house is not heating up never ever go with them they was rude to us and did the job fast.please do not go with sunpower solution they don't know what a hack they doing they lie that they can come again and again to.make money.the termostat just need it to set up now my heater running fine.

I called American Shield for a contractor because my heater wasn't blowing heat, the next day Sun Solutions came on the appointed time and repaired my heater... Very Satisfied .. Thank you Sun Solutions

It's 100+ degrees and Richard has yet to return calls or answer his phone.. His voice mailbox is full. It's been 9 days since he assessed the AC problem and 2 days since he was approved by the insurance company to complete the work. Not a word from him. Extremely poor customer service.

By far the worst company my insurance has sent me, the person name was Kevin he was nice and everything, but his diagnosis was trash because of how he could complete his service when it was not accesible I know it was missing a water line BUT how can you claim your service was complete when he didnt even turn it on they are a scam plus they reported to the insurance that the service was COMPLETE just to get paid. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALL COMPANY

This is an amazing company. The 2 units I have were repaired and now they are working amazingly. Richard is a blessing from God, very helpful and caring. With tnis heat he worked so hard to get the units up and running. Treated me like family.

Called AHS this was the contractor our order was dispatch assigned to. We have called 4 times starting at 8am with no response. AHS also emailed however being a dispatcher myself dispatch assigned means the order is in limbo until the contractor picks up the order. Now we are looking to Monday due to this heatwave if a business is nor able to accommodate a simple call would suffice.
