i was really looking for someone around my area to fix my heater problem i couldn't figure out what was the true problem and i needed it done quick . Reached out to this place and they immediately set up a time to check it out and help. They fixed it without a problem and a fair price! i was surpised how great the customer service was , if you have any problems with your heater or ac go to them

I called Pennies at 9:30am to tell them my AC quit. I was told someone would be out as soon as possible they were very busy. Their repair man Filmon was here at 2:30pm to fix it. He had it fixed and working in about a half hour. This guy was great!!!

I used Pennies for the first time 4 years ago when it was time to replace our AC unit. They were significantly cheaper than everyone else for the same unit. Johnny and Jesus were awesome! The heater wasn't working and needed to be replaced. It was over 30 years old. I called and within a few minutes I received a quote. It was the same brand heater other companies quoted. All things equal, but the price! They were less than the other 2 companies AND they completed the job the very next day! They were very responsive to my texts/calls. Will definitely do business with them again.

Cannot express how satisfied we were with Pennies Air Conditioning service! Not only were they reasonably priced, the wonderful technician who came out went above and beyond our expectations. In less than 20 minutes, the knowledgeable technician was able to figure out the issue (wiring) and had the air blowing cold!
