Without even realizing the number of faulty switches we had, after a renovation, everything was off the charts wrong. They came, did the inspection, and changed all the switches that same day. They were neat, organized, and very respectful towards our place. Nothing but a sigh of relief when everything went back to normal. Extremely recommended!

It never even crossed my mind that electric surges could cause so much destruction until my TV and router got fried during a storm. These guys were suggested to me by a friend and they were the same as what the friend was talking about. They provided surge protection and they replaced a couple of outlets that were too old. Representative going around the neighborhood in Lancaster CA on 4/17. Ignored clearly posted NO SOLICITING sign an inch above the Ring Doorbell. Behavior caught on video and violates city ordinance 5.04.220. Illegal and unprofessional behavior reflects extremely poorly on the company, would not hire.

They explained the process along the way and I will definitely hire them for future work. My technician was "Frank," and he couldn't have been easier to work with. Job was to replace an outdoor plug, but I spoke to him about hard-wiring, smart home devices, and recessed lights.

I am so grateful to everyone who recommended Power Up Electric. Franklin and his crew (Mario and Vladimir) spent three days updating our electrical systems and taking care of a huge list of random jobs. Our master bath didn't have an exhaust fan and was completely cut off from our household HVAC system, and was constantly steamed up and freezing in the winter. We had consulted many other electricians and our HVAC contractor to no avail, but Franklin had an immediate solution - a Panasonic exhaust fan with integrated heating unit. He also isolated the master bath on a unique circuit. He also noticed my ethernet cable snaking up the stairs and ran the cable inside the wall and two separate cables for our two home offices. All of the work was completed on time, they repaired all of the tiny openings they used and cleaned up after. Franklin is respectful, creative and kind, and treats the crew the same way he treated us. Franklin and Power Up are gems.

I found Power Up Electric on Angie's List. They had very high reviews on Angie's List (Top of the class). I spoke with at least 6 electricians to get a quote on an extremely minor switch change. Most of the other electricians did not answer the phone right away, so I had to play phone tag with the majority of the electricians I called. When I called Power Up Electric, they answered the phone right away. In fact every time I called, they answered the phone so that definitely sets them apart on that point alone. I spoke with Gabriel Chan on Monday and he made every effort to try to move his schedule around to come and see me the same day. He provided great service, his price was very fair. I received several quotes from quite a few electricians and Gabriel was the best quote.. Responsive, Fast, Great Service, Fair Price. I will definitely use Power Up Electric in the Future.

These guys are a class A operation all the way. I've owned/operated a home automation company in Los Angeles for the past 16 years, and so have worked with a number of different electricians. Last week, my wife and I were faced with a major electrical mess at a property we recently purchased. Since my usual "go-to guys" weren't available, my wife found Power Up Electric on Angie's List and asked me to call them for a quote. It was the best phone call I've made in a long time. I immediately felt like a VIP customer and was given an appointment the same day for a walk through and consultation. Gabriel, the owner, showed up himself for the consultation. He addressed all of my concerns and I was provided with a competitive not-to-exceed quote at the end of the walk through. More importantly, I felt that he genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service and I knew that he would make sure I was happy with everything before he considered the job to be completed. In my opinion, THIS is what makes an excellent service professional!
When an unforeseen issue came up which was technically part of the project scope but was also extra work which wasn't accounted for, Gabriel and his team took care of it with a smile (and no additional charge). They even made a couple last-minute changes for us without adding change orders. I can't say enough about the professionalism, and good old-fashioned customer-first service that we received from Power Up Electric. They have my top recommendation!

What a great experience! I had a last minute issue that was very time sensitive. Gabriel came out himself within 2 hours of my call. I got a really competitive price from him and assurance that he could finish the job safely and on time. The next morning, Frank showed up on time and with some great new ideas on how to solve my electrical issue. There were no major price fluctuations like I'm experiencing with other contractors I am working with. This is just an honest business with skill, heart, and great attention to detail.
