Super rude customer service. Was here to scope the place out to see what products were available. Was treated like I don’t belong.

Edit: in response to the employees limited reply; trespassing entails restricted access. You however fail to consider that you had no such indications visible anywhere on your property, not only that but you also had another customer there in the area but chose to select me to annex. When you or whomever chose to communicate with me about it, it was extremely rude and condescending in tone. This is without commenting the judgement of being inside the store. Rude people. 10/10 would not do business.

So happy to have discovered this neighborhood gem! For the past two and a half years, my husband and I have been renovating our house, and only now just discovered this store. It may seem intimidating to go to a wholesale electrical place if you're just buying a few switches and outlets, but the staff is welcoming and friendly no matter who you are. They happily walked me through my options, drew up a wiring diagram when I had questions, easily returned/exchanged my items, and even gave me a couple screws so that I didn't need to drive to the hardware store. Grazie per tutti!

A pretty comprehensive electrical lighting supply wholesale. They are have a large will-call area staffed by some friendly and knowledgeable people. They are happy to check in-stock conditions if you call too. Lina she is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Prime for years. They have great customer service and very friendly staff. I can always call in my order and be assured it will be ready for pickup. It’s the only place that I can be assured to have items in stock instead of driving to three different Home Depot looking for electrical items.

Called to get prices on wall packs. Guy on phone was nice. But has an accent and couldn't understand. I asked about cost and then was just placed on hold with no warning or letting me know. I just hung up.

Do you know that feeling when you're almost done with a job but it gets delayed because the supply house doesn't have what you need to finish the project? I DON'T because I shop at Prime!!!

These guys are really on top of it with their large inventory, great service/electrical knowledge), and pricing you can't get anywhere else.

Finding Prime Electrical Supply has been a heaven sent in a time where everything seems to be on back order.

This place is great place to come load up for your job or home. Prime electric always has full stock on electrical supplies when you need them. The owner is always around and never to busy himself to help you. The staff is great as well and always ready to help you find parts or place special orders. They have a huge parking lot so you can park close to get in and out. Prime electric is always my first stop because I know they keep a great inventory on popular electrical parts. Lately Home Depot has been out of everything and prime has shelves full of stock. This is huge to me because like all people, time is of an essence! Pricing is usually good to.

Lena at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. She instantly offered her assistance and gave us our materials we needed for a job within minutes of entering the building. I was in and out within 5 minutes! Amazing customer service!

The staff here is fantastic. Always helpful and ready with advice or alternatives to get you taken care of.
I manage the maintenance of 67 bank locations and our electrical/Lighting needs vary substantially. Prime Electric supplies us with those hard to get fixtures and bulbs that you can't find elsewhere. I can't say enough good things about them, they are always there when you need them.

I am contractor I never see the wholesale electric like this ,I asked them please make sure I am getting good price but unfortunately total ripped off super crazy pricing ,no return, no exchange I wouldn’t go there for sure .

Prime electric distributors have been my go to for over 7 years now. They are extremely responsive, respectful, and beat everyone’s prices.
There has never been a time i left that place empty handed. Lina always finds the parts i ask for the same day and delivers it to me within 24 hours. They have an extraordinary customer service. I am great full to be working with them.

Unpleasant customer service, super expensive material. They have an unusual policy which is no return, no exchange, no fefund and 3% charge if you pay by card. Total ripoff!

The best company to work with, they have the best prices and experience, they are so friendly and helpful, they treat you like family, cant recommend them enough, im serious 10/10 service.

I do not know if you have ever been in need of an electrician. Well I did, And I thought to myself where can I find a licensed certified electrician? So, I google and Angi came up- right away I remembered all those commercials I had seen. Reliable locals. So I used Angi and in a matter of seconds I had 4 replies. I called the 1st one that responded; It was Mike's Electric Company. A personal touch with a quick response goes a long way. I was text back with call anytime to discuss your Electric needs. So, I text and told of my needs for outside lights. He came out in a day or so listen carefully to what I wanted or was trying to achieve with the type or style of lights. He helped to make it happen with his expert knowledge and choice of lights I needed. I liked the way he listen to my choices and my budget. He took both into consideration and suggested exactly what would do to complete the job.
I am well please with the job of lighting up my backyard for safety and my kitchen door. I highly recommend his company to you. He is professional,
knowledgeable and takes pride in pleasing his clients.

I highly recommend Mike's Electric. I called to have an outdoor outlet installed and Mike and Robert were at my house the very next day. They did a professional job and were very friendly and courteous. Not only are they skilled at what they do, they're good people too!

They also went over and above by returning to my home when I noticed the pool pump wasn't turning on. Not only did they return quickly but took the time to diagnose the problem and ultimately found out what the issue was.

I will definitely use their service again.

Great company, they came on time and gave me a fair price for some electrical work.
