Great for a Spring cleaning but the weekly or bi-weekly cost is very prohibitive for most people.

Sent my info to them for an estimate and never got an answer at all. Tried calling them with no luck either. They must not need the extra business i guess....

My motehr passed away and I needed to get a deep clean of her home so it would be presentable when we listed it for sale. Truye Blue Maids people were fantastci. It sparkled. They are now my steady cleaning people.

Lynn sent her ladies out to clean my mother's house in order to get it ready for sale. It was very, very dirty as it was a cluttered home that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned it a long, long time. When they left, everything was sparkling and the place smelled clean and fresh!

They send two cleaners and they are professional, thorough, and best of all need no direction! I was so impressed with them and happy that they wore masks without being asked. I will be using them regularly no question.

I’m giving two stars only because the girl cleaning was nice and did something well (dusting), but overall not a good experience at all. I had a “deep” first time cleaning on 3/17 and there were so many things that they list on their website that are part of their services…clean appliances, sanitize and clean countertops etc and she didn’t do any of these things. For instance, she didn’t lift anything on the kitchen counter and clean under it, or even under my dish rack in the sink???!!!! How do you not clean the kitchen sink??? The guy offered to have someone come and finish the job, but I had already started finishing HER job. He also offered a free cleaning – next time – I declined because I do not trust this company, nor do I have the time or want to go through the aggravation of their terrible services again.

The team at true blue maids always does a great job. I hired them today for the third time and they far out performed the last lower budget group who cleaned my place.

We have become clients of True Blue and have experienced fantastic customer service, reliable, friendly staff and a very clean house! I am so glad we found this company- I’ve tried a few others that don’t match on any level the quality we have with True Blue.
