With every meeting and correspondence I've had with them, I really feel heard with every area of concern I presented them. For example, I hired a different company to clean windows and after 2 visits (an initial visit and a re-do visit), it looked as if the windows were never cleaned. I then presented this issue to Michael and Jessica and boy did they deliver. Not only did they clean the windows to the point you can see your reflection, they also removed graffiti, and cleaned posts of bird droppings! I trust that they'll deliver each and every time and it was so easy to work with them. As soon as I expressed my concerns, I just shut off my brain and let them take care of the rest.
