True Blue is the best! We've been using them ever since we bought our house. Scheduling is easy, the cleaners are very sweet and conscientious, and they always do an amazing job.

I would highly recommend True Blue to anyone in the Pasadena area and neighboring towns. The staff is always extremely polite and efficient and punctual. They consistently provide excellent service and have no issue taken specific instructions during your appointment. In only one instance did I have an extra service request for the staff to come back and complete, this was taken care of without issue, promptly and politely. I just finished my first 8 months using TBM and I've rebooked my appointments for the next 12!

We hired True Blue maids almost a year ago to deep clean our apartment before we hosted an Engagement Party. We loved their work so much, we decided to have them come back to do monthly up keep for us. They’re always great, fast, and friendly. We work from home so we stay up in our loft office while they clean the rest of the apartment and then we swap places for them to finish up. Don’t know what we’d do without them.

These guys are AMAZING at cleaning, so professional, from the moment we called we knew we had the right people for the daunting task. after the fires, we needed our home cleaned from ceiling to floor. they did it all. they brought ALL the most professional equipment including pro-grade HEPA cloth bag vacuums, poles and brushes and clothes to clean the ceiling and walls. they cleaned every nook and cranny of our apartment, even cleaning the window screens. The cleaning checmicals they used did not irritate me. We requested as natural as possible, and they definitely stayed away from any artificial fragrance cleaners. The apartment was cleaner and smelled better than it ever has, even before the fires. They are extremely professional cleaners with great technique, the right equipment, great attitude, great price. We could not recommend them enough!

In addition to standard cleaning services they also help tidy things up, which we are so thankful for. I used True Blue Maids again this June. Again the best cleaning of my old home They did a great job. . wonderful hard working crew. This is a great local cleaning business! I had seen their cars in my neighborhood and talked to the cleaners. I knew they would know how to clean my craftsman bungalow. It needed a good spring cleaning. Staff were knowledgable, respectful, and understood my needs.. They use safe & environmentally sound cleaning products.. Lyn, the business owner even scheduled around a family emergency. We have been very happy with True Blue Maids now for almost a full year. The owners take care to communicate and make sure we are happy. Their employees do good consistent work. They clean our house well and don't use too harsh chemicals; the house smells nice not like bleach. They always show up when they say and have reasonable pricing.

True Blue Maid did an amazing job with my place. I have used other services before but True Blue by far has done the best job. They really got into the nooks and crannies and the work was very thorough. The cleaning staff was very friendly. The communications with them were also great - fast responses, good follow up. I am very happy with the service and will use them again.

True Blue Maids did an absolutely amazing job! In two hours they were able to deep clean the bathroom and kitchen, and cleaned the living room, dining room and office/gym. I could not be more impressed by their quality of work. We will definitely hire them again.

We were recommended True Blue Maids when we moved to Pasadena, and could not be happier with the service! They are extremely communicative, great people, and do an incredible job in our 3 bed 2.5 bath apartment. Since they have multiple cleaners, the visit is never that long but it's still so thorough.

We also opted to have them come on a schedule every 4 weeks which allowed us to get a discount on each visit-- it's a great value for the service! Super happy with them, and truly think they are the best cleaning service in town.

I have used True Blue since about 2014. Lynn is very quick to respond and is a pleasure to deal with. Her teams are so hardworking and also very pleasant. They do an excellent job and I feel good knowing that it's a local business, and that Lyn takes care of her employees.
I have had them do my mother-in-law's house and they were so great and very patient.
They send two (or sometimes 3 if time is an issue) team members to do a wonderful cleaning and it is so worth the money. They get done in the 2 hours what would take me 2 days or more.
I recommend True Blue to anyone who needs a cleaning service.

Lynn and her team did an AWESOME job deep cleaning my apartment after the Eaton Fire. Everything still smelled smokey even after doing a ton of laundry... enter True Blue Maids! They went above and beyond. I didn't have any time to declutter the place, but they organized everything so nicely for me. They even lined up all my kids' stuffed animals in neat little rows on their beds 🥹 Will definitely hire them again.

True Blue Maids delivered excellent service! We requested a thorough cleaning of our kitchen and one bathroom. Two lovely ladies named Rachel and Josilin did a great job in just two hours, leaving everything sparkling. We have three long-haired cats who leave a lot of fluff wherever they go, and the Maids even vacuumed our dining room and hallway without being asked, just because they still had a bit of time left. We got wonderful service for the price! And both Maids were very friendly and polite. Thank you so much!

We had a great experience with True Blue Maids! I had a team come out to clean my parents' house after our longtime cleaning person retired. They did a great job -- even going above and beyond to clean the inside of the fridge and the dusty plantation shutters, AND I spied them dusting the ceiling! They were super friendly and it was easy to schedule with Lyn. I can see why they've won Best of Pasadena so many years in a row. Highly recommend.

Lyn and her team are very easy to work with - always responsive via phone or email and able to accommodate our appointment requests! The team is timely with arrival times and quick but effective in cleaning our space - because we have 2 pups in the house, we also appreciate them using more natural cleaning solutions.
