Elite Maids have been an absolute LIFESAVER. I originally hired them when I went back to work after having my third child over ten years ago. They have been a staple in our household ever since. I was initially drawn to the fact that they send a team of 3, rather than one, so it cuts the amount of time they are here by 2/3. The amount they can accomplish in the 1.5 hours is mind boggling. It would take me 2 days to do the same. The Team is friendly, have great communication skills and are meticulously. The owner, Rose, is kind, professional and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend. A++

They are amazing! Called them and they were able to send a crew of 2 out the same day! I know I was lucky they had availability but I appreciated they were able to coordinate everything in 1-2 phone calls.
The cleaners were great! We did a move in cleaning and they did a great job, especially removing water stains on the bathroom fixtures.

This company is a complete fraud and scam. They wear slob wear, not white uniforms. Their "Elite" maids have zero training, common sense, no basic English language, nor any ability to follow directions, even when repeatedly demonstrated.

I hired them to wet clean a kitchen, top to bottom, including any dishes, jarred food, surfaces of walls, appliances and cabinets, and interior of kitchen cabinet sink and drawers from sawdust from a contractor.

I asked them to bring N95 masks to wear, non-toxic / natural / unscented soap, but I had to provide masks, dish soap, buckets, cleaning brushes, sponges, small brooms, dustpans, AND mops. They only brought rags. Not one bucket.

Not only could they not understand directions, they required training on how to wash dishes and how to work from top to bottom so falling saw dust wouldn't land on clean dishes and food containers. Gloria wouldn't get down to wet mop the interiors of the cabinets covered in dust. From standing, she literally waved a dry rag over the dust. I had to train them how to clean. They had no mop so had to use rags. Brought no scrub brush.

I worked side by side with them because they essentially needed a sitter to observe and train them. I got 3 times the amount of work done than both of them combined...

They would wash dishes with their hands, literally throwing water on the dishes, table, and floor, and I had to stop them from making a mess and had them use sponges. Gloria put open bottles of olive oil, vinegar, & jars of dry spices into buckets of soapy water, destroying my food, instead of simply wet wiping with rags, while Adriana was outside washing dishes, but then putting lids on wet jars to trap moisture inside. Perfect if you want to create mold. No sense that dishes need to dry first. I had to stop them time after time from destroying my property.

I called the company to ask them to leave who didn't answer or respond, so I asked Gloria to leave since she was destroying my things, and had Adriana tidy up and paid her a big cash tip to please leave. I filed a complaint with the company who originally booked the job for $65 for 30 mins, or $130 an hour. They really owe me about $575 for staff training workshop, my time, and my cleaning supplies.

I needed pros, not untrained recent emigres.
I needed help, not a soap opera of lazy fraud.
Huge waste of my time.

I booked a deep cleaning, and wow my house looks brand new! They removed built-up dust and grime I didn’t even notice before. Worth every penny!

Very happy with the service from Elite Maids. It was easy to set up a cleaning and they were all very pleasant to communicate with. They came on time, did a thorough job and made our rental feel super clean. They were quick and efficient, we will definitely be having them back.

Last year I bought a Merlot redbud tree. It was sickly, and I didn't really want to pay full price for a tree that might not last, so as I was going to leave, the young guy marked it down for me 50% to make the sale. I took it home and spent time and it has flourished.

COMMUNICATION WAS HORRIBLE. INDIVIDUAL CAME OUT ONE DAY, DID A PARTIAL JOB, NEVER COMMUNICATED THAT THERE WAS ANY PROBLEMS... SEVERAL CALLS WERE MADE INQUIRING ABOUT WHY THE JOB WASN'T COMPLETED, NO ANSWER, FINALLY A RESPONSE, WITH A LIE THAT HE'D RETURN TODAY, NEVER RETURNED. BAD BUSINESS............... THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS.........

Great service and experience. Trees look great, yard is clean, and communications were easy. Good knowledge of trees and landscaping.
