Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning

We've had a Carrier combo system installed by Bryant about 4 years ago, which has been serviced twice a year. In early April, during an unusually warm spell, we turned it on and it wasn't cooling - not surprising given the heatwave. We called Bryant immediately and they sent someone over within two days.

Corrie, who'd done one of our annual maintenance visits previously, came out to investigate. He suspected a coolant leak but couldn't detect it with his usual tools due to its small size and slow flow rate. Instead, he recommended a pressure test, which would require Bryant to quote us for the work and offer a discount as loyal customers.

Over several weeks, Corrie made at least six more visits (all free of charge) to check the pressure gauge readings, trying to pinpoint where the leak was coming from. Weather conditions were an issue, with drizzly days making accurate readings impossible. Both Corrie and Jamie, from the office staff, adjusted their schedules to wait for warmer weather, displaying a commitment to finding the problem rather than just patching it up.

With two consecutive warm days, Corrie returned to check the pressure gauge again - this time detecting a tiny leak in the condenser coil. Bryant expedited replacement with a new part within two days and offered another discount on the final bill, along with 4 free service visits over the next year.

Although the repair was costly, we were genuinely impressed by Bryant's honesty, fairness, and accommodating attitude. Corrie and Jamie were particularly pleasant to deal with, showing understanding for our frustration at dealing with such an issue in a relatively new unit. We'll continue using Bryant due to their reliability and professionalism.

I'm revising this review due to exceptional interactions with Matt, owner of Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning. Following a billing concern, Matt promptly returned calls and attentively addressed my concerns, taking swift action to resolve them. This has been the best experience among numerous companies I've used for rental units.
