It was my second time worked with Miguel, he is very nice to work with and gave me very reasonable price to redo all the drain pipes under my house. His son went down my crawl base and found out there were leaks on my three pipes . Miguel gave me two options, one to repair the damage pipes and the other one to replace all the piping. Considering the pipes are already old and didn’t be done correctly before and we decided to go with the second option, he gave me 20 years warranty on the new pipes which gives me a piece of mind. Thanks Miguel !

The owner Miguel gave me a free estimate pretty quick and the price is reasonable, I have a leak on my shower valve and the pipe , other companies told me they needed to break the drywall and patched it back while Miguel said they could fix it without break the wall, his tech came 30 mins after we agreed the price and he did a good job , I’m very happy that the pipe got fixed super quick , please call them if you need a plumper , Miguel is very friendly and professional, he will help you fix the problem.

They were very professional.. I believe it was Daniel that made the 1st call on a pouring rainy night even got under the house to check everything. That I was impressed! Then Matthew and Johnathan completed the work the following day. I was impressed with their communication and willingness to answer all of my concerns and questions. Work was done under my house so they also provided before and after pics which left me feeling assured that the work was completed. Nice family owned business and I will for sure use them again if necessary!

I was looking for a really good, dependable and trustworthy service that was also cost efficient. A friend told me a young man named Richard Zapata, whom I coached a few years ago in high school was working for this company. I picked got in touch with Richard and he went above and beyond to make sure he had someone come out to service me quickly and with a great price. I will continue to use this service from here on out.

I would 10 out of 10 recommend YPS. They did an exceptional work and fixed up the problems at my house right away. All of their employees are very friendly and hard working. His son Emmanuel is one of the most professional workers that I've ever seen as he did an incredible job. This company is the best company that I have ever worked with.

Service Squad provides excellent plumbing services. The service manager responded quickly to an urgent request and explained everything that needed to be addressed. The technicians were very professional and worked very hard. I was extremely impressed with their service.

Miguel came to give me an estimate today and he brought in Emanuel within and hour after he left to replace my toilet. Emanuel did a great job and was quick in getting this done. I have used this company before and will do so again if I have plumbing needs.

I had been without hot water for 3 days as it’s the holidays and I couldn’t find help. YPS answered the call at night and the super friendly operator immediately had my local tech call me. Emmanuel was so professional on the phone and explained everything to me. I agreed and he informed me he would be here at my house by 730am. Right on the dot he arrived took out my broken heater and installed the new one within 1 hour.

The tech they sent to do a descaling didn’t check my faucets as requested, and he said his boss would be here the following Monday to check them. That never happened. No communication or follow-up.

We had a major problem with a mainline backup and another plumbing company came by and quoted us double what this amazing company completed the job for. I was so stressed out and Miguel took care of everything quickly and thoroughly and sent pictures because with Plumbing a lot of the stuff can’t be seen from the surface I have a personal phone book full of plumbers that have now been replaced by Service squad plumbing.

Called in about a water main burst and they came in the very next day and fixed everything. Very professional, responsive, respectful, knowledgeable and fast. Highly recommend their services. Thank you Emmanuel and Sammy for the great work!

We had a water leak coming from our water heater. It was a weekend when it happened. We called and Emmanuel came in to check same day. We replaced the water heater, they were very professional and fast. Price was right and Emmanuel gave us all the information we needed comparing between a tank vs tankless, rebates and maintenance. The installation came with a 6 year warranty. Overall, we would recommend this company.

I highly recommend Miguel & his son who kindly came out to my property twice to assess my water heater issue. The diagnosis was helpful, but the project needed is much bigger than I knew and unfortunately out of my personal price range at this time. They were very communicative, responsive & knowledgable so I will surely use their expertise in the future!

I called service squad on a Sunday afternoon about a potential leak in my main service line to the city. They were at my house in an hour and working to identify and repair the issue. Emmanuel was extremely professional and helped repair the leak that same day. It was 3 hours from my initial call until the repair was completed. What a relief!
