I recently had to replace some weak copper pipes that made up my main water line after a water leak, and Emmanuel and team were great to work with. They offered me a pipe replacement alternative that should last me the rest of my life and fixed everything to my liking. We truly appreciate the team, their hard work and will use them in the future for any plumbing needs!

I called this morning and reached a human being immediately. Emmanuel set an appointment to address a toilet issue for this afternoon. Sam called when he was enroute and addressed the problem expeditiously. He took time to show me the issue and discussed the recommended solution. Then he implemented it. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their courtesy and efficiency. I will definitely turn to them for future plumbing issues.

Our leak was fixed within a few hours of contacting Service Squad! We originally were assessed to get a fix after the weekend but Emmanuel went above and beyond to ensure that our leak was fixed ASAP as we had a house full of out of town visitors. We’re very happy with the service and responsiveness, will definitely use in the future, my go-to for any urgent plumbing issues!

We have used Service Squad for several of our properties. They have always been very friendly, prompt and good communicators with us and tenants. They are professional and do great work. I would highly recommend them!

Emmanuel was quick to respond and made an appointment to come and fix the urgent toilet clogging at my convenience on early Saturday morning, whereas other plumbers can only offer to come on Monday. He came within the time he said. The toilet clogging was fixed in less than 10 minutes, then the water level was adjusted, and the misplaced tubing was relocated in the water tank. He worked very patiently to make sure it flushed before he left. He is very professional, and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommended him.

Miguel from Service Squad was very professional and on time. Our shower was not regulating the water temperature correctly. Miguel diagnosed our issue right away and provided his quote promptly. The pricing was fair and the work was done next day very quickly by Samuel. We also had him replaced our emergency water shut off valve as it was very old. I will definitely use them in the future.

Great people. Sam came out to install a new faucet but he was able to repair the one I already had! Plus I drilled him on so many other plumbing questions I had after moving into our new home. He was more than helpful and we will definitely be calling Service Squad again in the future for our plumbing needs.

5 Stars is not enough for the quality and reliability of this service! I am out of state and my plumbing at my rental was in shambles. 80 year old pipes. My life is too busy to write reviews but for this service I can’t help but share to help out those in the future need.

First time I used them was with an emergency response and gave me a better quote than competitors, and explained everything so well I was completely set at ease.

The second time I needed all the piping for the house replaced both inflow and out flow. Emmanuel both times was with me all the way. He is always available, calm, and kind every step of the way patiently explaining and answering all my questions.

Plumbing projects are so stressful especially in emergent/urgent situations. Even though we never met. The way Emmanuel took his time to explain everything, and always being available for every question I had gave me full trust in using their service.

I cannot recommend their service enough, please don’t hesitate when making them your choice for any and all projects you won’t regret it.

Absolutely amazing experience going with the Service Squad. They were able to send a team - Emmanuel and Miguel - out to my mother's house within an hour of me calling. Dealing with this company was easy and fast. They had the new water heater in and installed to code (it wasn't before) in a few hours. Even the payment process was easy since they have their own portal where you can view the invoice and enter payment info.

Love that they called me multiple times to OK the work when I didn't pick up right away. I really appreciate the fact they understood I was working and had to handle this situation remotely.

I’m an apartment manager of a 49 unit building and I’ve been working with Miguel and Emmanuel for almost 10 years now. They have been taking care of all our major plumbing needs the whole time I’ve been manager. They are quick to respond and willing to work with my nutty schedule. One Sunday I had a toilet leaking from the water supply line and the angle stop was stuck. Emmanuel came out and replaced the angle stop and leaking water line. I have many stories like this. They are great guys and fantastic plumbers. I look forward to working with them in the future.
