Agreeat plumber with a great brain

Called about a backed up sewer line a couple years back they came out and fixed it very fast. the Techs were very friendly and best of all haven't had a problem with their work yet!

F+M are the best! Just having to dig out a ceptic line from inside my house. The job went excellent, a little dust, but the entire area was tarped off.
10 years ago Mike and his team of super guys completely remodeled our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has a lot of copper of which, the 6 burner cook top has a completely, over head, hand made copper hood.
All the plumbing was completely redone on the house and under.
They are the best.
If you need the work done they can do it, large job or small.

I needed help with installing my dishwasher and was looking for a plumber. My experience was great from the the very nice, professional receptionist who helped me to schedule an appointment to the polite and skilled plumbers who came to do the job.

I will use them again.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TRUST THEM AS EMERGENCY PLUMBERS. I had (and have) and emergency issue - at 9 pm, my sink started to fill steadily with dirty water. I was alarmed and did everything I could to stop the chance of flooding my apartment - bailed it out, plunged it out, used kitchen-sink safe drano - and called google's first recommendation for emergency plumbers, this very company. I was assured, at 9:15, that I'd get a callback in 15 minutes at most from a plumber of theres - what a surprise that hours upon hours later I'm still without. Through my own efforts, I've manages to arrange my situation so I don't have to worry about my apartment ruining itself as I sleep, and in the morning I'll call a qualified, capable plumber. Not any of theirs, though. I've no doubt they're perfectly lovely during business hours - no reason to believe they aren't, given the good reviews and that's not the time I contacted them - but any promise of emergency plumbing or 24 hour service is a straight up lie, and something they should not promise unless they actually intend to honor it.
I don't doubt they're good plumbers. But they're not emergency plumbers, and they should absolutely remove themselves from that classification if they can't be bothered to go through with it. Don't rely on them based on their promises. They will not call, they will not come. You're on your own.

I had a leak in the kitchen and Mike at F&M Plumbing came out on Sunday to inspect. Mike and his team were able to detect the location of the leak and fix it. Mike is also a licensed general contractor with a company that can do remediation and build back repairs so it was convenient one-stop shopping for all aspects - plumbing repair, remediation and build back of opened walls, etc. He and his team were able to schedule each aspect of the repair work timely. Thanks, Mike.

To be honest: my wife was having an rain flooding emergency and I was out of town and Jesus and John came in the middle of a flooding rain in the late evening. They showed up so fast, asked all the right questions on the way so when they arrived they fixed it all fast. And they are total gentleman. Amazing service. Great work! I’m so grateful. They even took the pump we had that wasn’t working apart. Fixed it. Cleared out the pump pit. They nailed it.
