Red's is now the only place I'll ever go to for my plumbing needs. Alex was a great help knew exactly what I need and explained everything. Plus he's is fluent in Spanish was the best he was able to communicate with my Dad perfectly.

Went to Home Depot to find a replacement cartridge part for my Solan Flushmate system, of course they did not have it in the store. I would have to order it on line and have it be delivered....to their store. Not at Red Supply! They had in stock and was very quick and helpful! Thank you Red Supply for the rescue!!

Went there for the first time, with the intentions of buying some valve stems because no one had a 10" 3-way valve.
Well after talking with Robert he said he had a 8" that can be modified to 10".
On top of it all it was $50.00 cheaper than other plumbing house's.

My mom went to Red Supply Inc to buy parts. Turned out people there helped her fix her plumbing problem. She found them exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. She is very grateful!

Julie has always been very helpful to me. I have emailed her photos of things I need and she absolutely helps. When I went there she was very nice and helpful to me as well. I am far from a plumber and even further from knowing a thing about plumbing hardware and have received nothing but help from REDS. I do not agree with some of the reviews that say REDS is not helpful. two out of two times they were 100% over the top helpful. plus they have yummy popcorn and coffee!

I have been looking for a replacement handle for an old Hansgrohe shower unit for weeks! Jason was extremely responsive and matched the part and color including alternative options with shipping ETAs immediately over text. I was able to send him details and pictures so he could verify a match. Nicole proceeded payment and delivery details. The whole experience was great not to mention how helpful they were in tracking down this obscure part! I definitely recommend this store - and they were recommended to me by a very reputable plumber too.

If you are looking for a better quality than HD for the plumbing supplies, here is the place. They are very helpful and prices are very reasonable. In addition, you might come across the peacocks at the entrance.

Great old school plumbing supply with an abundant selection of repair parts at the ready to serve this area of older homes. The knowledgeable staff knows what they are doing. Don’t waste your gas, time, and brain cells making multiple trips to a big box corporate store. One stop and done! RED'S!!!!!

These guys are awesome. I had two leaking valves as I was changing my washing machine. At first I didn't bring enough information to them so I went back to my project, opened up the wall and took pictures. With this info they thoughtfully pulled out all the parts I would need and talked me through the process. Even one of their customers told me that this wasn't something I could do on my own (he was a plumber)! He was right. All I needed was Red Supply. If you are patient and thoughtful they will be in return. Very cool place.

Had a cartridge that was about 20 years old went to handful of supply houses and the usual two home improvement stores. But Reds saved me from breaking tile, braising and ALOT of profanity. Great customer service and hard to find parts in stock.

YEAH BABY !!! 5 STARS...Referred by another plumbing supplier, I made the trip hoping they had the hard to find American Standard valve seat fixture (threaded tube) that goes in before the valve. Took a couple minutes to find it but they had it. Guys even checked my old threads to the new threads using a plate with various types of threads to verify I had the correct size. Good patient concerned staff. Oh yeah, dude in the green shirt, hat, with the beard in the pics, is the expert.

Highly recommend! The staff are incredibly helpful, and Jason helped me find and order specific parts to repair a 20-year old Kohler toilet that I couldn’t find anywhere else. Give them a call before you make the drive, they’ll be able to tell you whether they have the part in stock or not. First time here. Came for cartridges that they had in stock and local Ferguson didn't have. Robert was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, he knows his pluming stuff.

I highly recommend checking this place out for your plumbing needs. The staff was friendly, Robert is gold, and they're very helpful.

Honest reliable plumbers with tons of experience. My entire family has been using them for years.

I have no idea why, and I’m unfamiliar with this company, but they consistently text my personal phone with obscenities. I’m assuming this is meant for one of their customers since I have had no dealings with this business. But I find this totally unprofessional, downright rude and obscene. If this is how they deal with their customers I certainly could never recommend them. Additionally, I will make sure to advise my friends, colleagues and clients to never use this company.
