Called asked about a stop and waste valve and the guy said "never heard of it" and just hung up on me. I had other questions to ask but I guess he didn't feel like talking.

Show room and sales people are more interested in there personal life then to help out customers. Back Warehouse was perfect they help out more than the front customers service people......

THE RUDEST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET. My husband came to ask questions and look for specific parts and 2 of the employees treated him like he was such a nuisance (excuse them because we are paying we are not getting anything for free) and talked to him so rude. I hope that all employees get some training in customer service because they clearly seem like they want the customers to be miserable when they enter their store! WORST EXPERIENCE!

I have been dealing with Ferguson ent and this location when it was familian pipe and supply for my own and los angeles transit authority . I will not longer purchase there I went to buy some waste fittings the prices where triple then other plumbing supply house 4x4 x3 abs san tee $63.00 go to hirsch pipe same fitting $ 29.00 the dont want to deal with small accounts ken varro plumbing . I have been their since 1985

I've been going nuts trying to find a specific part for my broken toilet. This part is of course not a common size so none of the large chains carry it. I walk into Ferguson and not only do they have it, they gave it to me for free. The lovely gentleman who found the piece told me he'd retrieved it from a broken toilet and knowing that the part was discontinued, decided to keep it just in case... then just gave it to me. Made my week. They are good people.

Convenient and some guys are helpful, have been purchasing there for years. I used to feel good shopping here but lately with each new person hired the customer service at this branch is really going downhill. Hopefully it changes.

Maybe I'm not making a fair comparison but this location in Pasadena on Vista the people are not very nice at all. There are no smiles or anything toshow that you're even appreciated there is a customer. I've been to the Glendale location on Brazil Street and it's almost worth the drive to go all the way out there to have service with a smile to go along with the experience and knowledge that they offer.

I needed a special fittings for a Watson valve on a water heater, and Hector took the extra time to find the parts back in the office. In addition, he answered all my questions on how to properly install the fittings and the supplies I would need. As a homeowner, it is a great resource to have a plumbing supply store that will spend the extra time a non-plumbing professional needs to do the job right.

Asked about a simple adapter, they let me just keep it for free, as it was a cheap piece. Well definitely be back for any future plumbing needs!

I was struggling with find the right parts for my moms ancient Kohler toilet. After 3 hardware stores, no one could solve my problem and sent me here. The guy name Alex(I think that’s he’s name) helped me out and gave me very detailed instruction on how to fix the toilet. He was so informative, helpful and supportive! So happy this place offer service and help to people who don’t know anything about plumbing like me 😂 thank you! Walked into this Ferguson Plumbing store in San Gabriel, the other day in search of Hardware mounting nut to mount a pull down sprayer sink. I was not greeted til I got there attention, then the gentleman on the end counter right in front of me, didn't look like he was having a good morning, no smile, almost like he's asking himself, what did I do to deserve this? Last time I walk into that place of business!!
Still, I deserved better customer service an I correct? I mean we , the customers, pay their wages. The End
