We've used them multiple times in the past for the services indicated and had good experiences. However, repeated attempts to contact them since April have resulted in no effort to contact us. Thought maybe they had gone out of business suddenly. Then I saw a review on Yelp! yesterday that indicated New Design had helped someone else quite recently, but when I reached out again today? Nothing. Not sure how you end up treating a long-time client like we don't even exist. I no longer recommend New Design.

Was recommended this company by another plumber who does not work with tankless water heaters. I am a landlord/owner and knew most probably that the 16 year old tankless would have to be replace when it started acting up a second time in a year. New Design had an employee out the next afternoon and after an inspection i decided to replace. i was assured that the job could be completed before the end of the next day (Friday) and it was. Besides the timeliness of the work, communication was exceptional- information on what and when. Workers intelligent and pleasant and when thinking back to some of the estimates that i have fielded in the past, a very reasonable cost. Thank you N D P. Hire these guys.

I was recommended this company by someone who had a great experience. So I gave them a try. What I had done was basic plumber stuff nothing fancy. Install some new faucets where there were existing ones, turned on the water heater and replaced a couple pipes near the outdoor hose. The work was good, I was charged $135.90 for the material. No issue there. But the labor was insane. They charge like a law firm would, like main attorney and junior attorney. So they charged for Technician and then separate hourly charge for helper. The labor I was charged worked out to $425.25 and when the rates were averaged out for the 2.25 hours work, it came out to $211 an hour. To me that is insane. So, yes they can do the job, but they are very expensive. Will not use again, and to the business. I will pay your bill and no need to contact me to talk about this. I have no desire to talk.

These guys were recommended by another professional in the business when we had our hot water heater stop working. They arrived on the same day and worked in the cold and rain to assess the problem. Thankfully the heater is still under warranty, and they are helping us get the new unit under the claim. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs plumbing repair or help.

I wanted to compliment Ivan and his assistant. They went far beyond what I expected and repaired my water heater and sealed a vent leak. They are polite and competent. I have used this company many times for different plumbing jobs and they have been reasonable on their pricing.

Ferguson's is my go to vendor for all things plumbing, they usually have everything in stock and if not they will have it in store within a couple of days
