Electrical reviews in Perris, California

Great company. They are very professional, clean, and punctual. The knowledge that Aaron has, made me very comfortable and took any
worry I had going into our project away. I highly recommend Fulmin Lamb Construction.

I recently had an experience with this company, and I can confidently say they have some of the best customer service around. Thank you for truly caring.

Juan Chairez is my technician who helped me with installation of Tesla wall connector. He is very professional in his job and he the way performed his installation I know he is experienced and well trained.
He completed his work in less than 1 hour and also he is responsible with his pricing.

We were very pleased with the competency and efficiency that was provided by The Reel Electric Co.. We highly recommend them for your electrical needs. We needed an EV charger installed and they were able to come out give us an estimate and perform the service within a day.

Communicated with Juan through yelp and he was very responsive! Even though it was later in the evening and on a weekend. I ended up getting scheduled a few days later and Omar and Javier showed up to do the install of my EV charger. Everything looks good and they walked me through everything that they were going to do.

Service included:
- Install provided EV charger
- Install #4 THWN copper
- Install 60A breaker
- Install 80KA whole home surge protection
- Submission of all information for permit

Will update this review once the inspector comes out.

We had a couple of bids and Reel had the most reasonable price for such a comprehensive job. But I must say the workmanship was superb. My husband now has an upgraded panel, new shop lights and outlets at each machine station with all the wiring hidden in the walls. Once he gets all his new items put together he will have a garage shop that will be envied by passers by.

We had an unexpected electrical issue at our home late in the evening, and Luis went above and beyond to help us. He came out after hours, quickly diagnosed the problem with our panel, and took the time to break everything down and explain it in a way we could understand. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient… Never rushed us and made sure we felt informed every step of the way. We’re so grateful for his help and highly recommend him and Reel Electric Company to anyone in need of a trustworthy electrician!

The electrician was very thorough, knowledgeable, explained things very clearly, made very good recommendations , was polite and personable and completed the work in a timely manner.

Reel was great! They were on time and very professional. Needed them to install two GFCIs in the kitchen because we are selling our home. He cleaned up after himself and did a great job!

Javier was very knowledgeable and courteous. Never gave up an finally fixed my electrical problem. We need more people like him. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Thanks again Javier. It was nice talking to you. Keep up the good work.

Javier came to conduct the initial inspection, was very respectful and knowledgeable in regards to possible hazards and code. Omar and his partner, came to install the new wiring and circuit breaker, were very knowledgeable and able to complete the work within three days.

Really pleased with my interaction with the scheduling manager Juan and the electrician Javier.

I called the day after fourth of July and Juan scheduled me quickly. He quickly understood my issue and took pictures as a frame of reference.

The electrician Javier was very professional and experienced - he was able to strongly argue for what my issue was, the underlying cause, and what he did to fix it. He was on time, worked quickly, and was very easy to talk to.

I really highly recommend this company for any home electrical work.

On Thanksgiving eve the kitchen went dead. I Called and before the scheduled time Technician Luis arrived, within minutes he completed his diagnosis of the problem, explained what was wrong and the solution was done! Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving Luis!!!

First of all God is Good thank to my brother Wan great service would highly recommend this company for an excellent job ..

Eliud G. was my technician, and he was extremely helpful, walking me through the entire installation process. He was very mindful of my home, carefully covering my furniture to ensure no dust or debris landed on anything. He even took the time to help me prepare for another quote and took photos. I would highly recommend The Reel Electric Company!

Excellent job done by Javier from The Reel Electric with installing ceiling fans and an entryway light fixture. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of watching out for our pets. Highly recommend The Reel Electric!

To clarify: The dispatcher first tries to get all your information before going over fees or prices, I had to ask her. Then she mentioned the free evaluation but not the 600 minimum charge so no you aren't upfront about it. Then the free evaluation one understands it is going to be focused on the issue I have and will answer what works needs to be done, but no it is a "code violation"/all possible work technician can point out to scare/pressure customer into agree to the service that includes shaking violently the multimeter when taking measurements, so free evaluation is for your benefit not the customer and questionable professionalism and expertise. Don't worry about my issue I got a "handyman" as your technician called it to do the work in less than half the price.

Juan was a pleasure to work with on this HOA project. His team installed two commercial fans for our clubhouse and did an excellent job.
Definitely recommend them for your next project.

Great company, Nathan came out and explained what was wrong with my outlets and provided options on how to fix the problem. Will definitely use them again for future projects

Excellent communication. I got my Tesla wall charger installed as scheduled. Everything went smoothly. Juan deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you for the good work The Reel Electric Company!!!
