My outdoor lights flickered. Indoor lights on different circuits did, too. Called Reel Electric, and given a range of solutions. Nathan came with Eli and spent hours seeking the solution and showed talent in thinking of all the possible “holes” that might exist. They selected the best option and it worked. Great team!

Amazing custom service. I had a problem with my breaker constantly tripping. They sent Nathan (technician) over. He did an amazing job, he was able to diagnose the issues extremely quick. He was extremely knowledgeable, confident, and Communicating on explaining where and how issues could’ve started and I how to prevent further issues. I would definitely recommend going with him.

I called on a Sunday just to see if I could make an appointment and Nathan was at our house bright and early Monday morning. We were having issues with the power to our pool pump. He was able to fix the pump quickly because it was a matter of loose wires He also vacuumed out and cleaned the pump when he took It apart. He gave us an estimate on replacing all the wiring to the solar and the pool pump as the original electrical set up was about 14 years old Also it was not installed by an electrician, but rather a pool technician who didn’t do a very neat job. We decided to go with the full replacement of the box, electrical outlet and wiring to all the parts. The job was done, efficiently and neatly, by a very courteous installer and is covered now by their great warranty. This is the second time we have used the Reel Electric company for major renovations. I would recommend this company

Javier was on time and very professional! He explained what work he needed to do in order to replace our lantern lights outside our garage as well as replacing the mini bulbs that light up our address sign at the garage and at the front of our house. He gave us an estimate then after we agreed, he started and completed the work. The price was reasonable and he finished in a timely manner! We would highly recommend The Reel Electric Company for any and all of your electrical needs!

I searched and searched for an electrician to handle tall ceilings for lighting installation and troubleshooting in another area. After many calls and research, I called The Reel Electric Company and Juan set up an appointment so a free estimate could be given.

Javier arrived and I showed him everything that needed attention. He gave me a reasonable price and was able to get everything done the same day. Javier took care with the areas he was working in and was great at helping me with visualizing the length of lighting being installed.

Eli was an absolute pleasure to work with—he took the time to break down complex electrical issues in plain English, which made it easy for us to understand the root cause and feel confident in the solution.

The ownership for this company is terrible! I can’t seem to ever get ahold of anyone over there as they do not answer their office phone. Can’t ever get ahold of the owner either.

As a property manager, we hire Vendors whom we can trust to do a professional job. Creative Lighting notifies us in advance when they plan to visit our properties (commercial shopping centers) and then sends the invoices via email. They also notify us of any unusual problems at the properties. Very professional.

I have utilized CR&E on two separate occasions to install all new light standards in 2 different commercial centers and they did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. A few years later, I had a minor problem with one of the lights, and they came back and took care of it under the warranty. I would highly recommend CR& E for commercial projects.
