Quotes to replace circuit breaker panel were so ridiculous that they are unethical. When a house is without electricity, preying on people's fear is particularly low class and cruel. I will not recommend Reel Electric to anyone.

Home in the middle afternoon and my kitchen light just pops on, then while trying to figure out what happened I noticied arcing when I flipped the switch. Quick call to The Reel Electric Company and and something that could have been very bad is taken care of, while he was here he checked my breaker box and all of my outlet to see if anything else was loose and to give me opinions and options on future upgrades. What could have been a catastrophe turned into a chance to learn about my home and reassurance . Thank you!

Waste of time. They dont give prices. Instead want your contact info to spam you and not assist you after. Im surprised at how many stars they got. Seems like a scam. They need a technician to come look at a simple job like installing a charger va just quoting me over the phone. Try to upsell everything.

This company takes care of business! I had an EV charger and subpanel installed. Permits were pulled to do the work. Juan worked with the City. The quality of the electrical work performed was clean, well thought out, labeled, and professional. Final inspection was completed after they had a drywall expert patch up and finish. Job well done!

So the technician Eliud Gutierrez was great gave me a lot of info diagnosing issues with my system, but it was a quote for things to be done. He did pull some outlets to diagnose but nothing really needed replaced at the time. then the office told him to charge 595.00 which to me seemed high for diagnosis with no needed replacements at the time. I had planned to have them replace some outlets and do some upgrades but after being charged 595.00 for a diagnostic I think I’ll go elsewhere in the future. The technician would get 5 stars friendly and knowledgeable.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, great communication the whole time, punctual, and even the call center was good which is rare now a days lol. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Eliud G. was my electrician. He was outstanding. Fixed some breakers and wiring in my breaker box, some poorly wired outlets in my bedrooms, and fixed/replaced our EV charger outlet that was having problems with Tesla app telling us it was overheating. Turns out they have new specific EV outlets that handle more heat specifically for EVs, and replaced the wiring that handles higher heat. Not replacing could have led to an electrical fire. So I’m really glad we had them come. He was very up front, and not just trying to do a cheap job and find work to make money. He just gave honest feedback, and made sure the job was done right.

From Juan who answered the phone to Omar who came to install my EV L2 charger, it was quite a seamless and straightforward transaction. Scheduled the prior evening and Omar came and installed it the next day. Tested after installation and cleaned up well once he was done. I highly recommend them.
