Juan was very kind and knowledgeable about what was causing the problem in my HVAC. He replaced the motor speedy and also gave me a great rate. he charged me $60 diagnosis fee but once I booked him for the job that amount went towards the work.

The title of the business is correct. I had a different company attempt to charge me $1000.00 for Freon that was not needed. Juan came in and immediately knew one of my dampers had failed. Truly Honest Air Service!

Juan lives up to the name he gave his business. He really is honest and also reasonably priced. He's the only one I call, I'm so glad I found him.

Juan came out to my house after having to deal with a cold house for close to 2 months. I told him that the first service provider replaced the ignitor sensor and gas valve and said since it didn't fix the problem, that I needed to have a new furnace installed. I had to Juan when he called, which by the way he was very prompt and professional and I had told him my suspicions that the gas valve was wired incorrectly. With his experience, he knew what to do. He had the wiring diagram for the gas valve that was installed. He knew immediately what to do. He compared the old wiring diagram to his wiring diagram of the new gas valve and found the problem immediately. The previous tech mis wired the gas valve to where it would not work. He used his multimeter to determine that there was no power coming out to power the gas valve. Once he corrected the problem, the heater worked again. He also saw that the electronic sensor box was not replaced. He ordered it, and after suffering almost 2 months without heat, Juan saved me over $1500 that I didn't need to spend. Juan is not only AWESOME, but OUTSTANDING as well. Super friendly, courteous and professional. I want to say a heartfelt thank you to Juan. Just great at his job and is knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Also will let my home warranty service know what an OUTSTANDING job Juan did and ask them to refer him if I have any issues with A/C or heating.

Anyone who’s needed an AC repair knows that gut wrenching feeling you get right before picking up the phone to call an HVAC technician. You’re terrified about the diagnosis and even more so the price! No need for any fear when calling Honest AC for an AC repair. The name says it all. HONEST. I had been without AC for 9 days due to a tech from another company coming out and messing up my unit. Honest AC came out and saved my life!! The technician/owner was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He responded to all my emails and answered in detail every question and concern I had. He squeezed me in to his busy schedule the next day and repaired my unit in no time. The price was fair and service was excellent. I called my home warranty company and they assigned my work order to Honest Air Service. Even on Labor Day, I received a text and phone call that Juan would be coming out to service my AC unit. Now, talk about dedication and customer service!

The property is not currently occupied. It would take me an hour to get there. He said he could go in to service if I provide him the lockbox code which I did. Juan showed up at the house which had water dripping from the overflow line. He tested the AC unit, checked pressure, freon, etc and said that the line was really dirty so he cleaned it and also cleaned the pan. He said he would send me a report since this 'repair' was called out by the home inspection.

Through the whole process, he kept a constant communication by test or even phone call. I have another home that the home warranty doesn't cover zoned AC control. Guess who I am calling to service it? Yep, Juan agreed to come out even though it's a drive for him.

I feel the name of the business speaks for itself! Professional great communication, helpful, and honest. Juan serviced my old AC from1991 two years ago and got me through a couple summers. So this year when I felt it was time to replace it I text him. He gave me a quote, answered all my questions, was patient with my decision/indecision?! On Time. Great to see his son worked with him learning the trade. Both hard working! Everything was cleaned up, fresh and new by the end of the day!

Juan came out to fix our air conditioner that had been making loud bumping noises caused by our fan and motor in our attic. Juan was on time and accessed the problem and was very straightforward about what the issue was, he did not sugar coat anything that was going on. I really valued that he was straight to the point, friendly, and even offered advice on how to maintain our air conditioner.
