Worst service paid $300 to get my septic tank pumped shows up with a tank almost full and didn’t do it he only took about 15% out and still charged us like if he did it all and we called him to come back do things right and instead they wanted to charge us again for coming to do something they didn’t do right and instead they just left and didn’t do anything don’t give them a call don’t trust if they say they’ve pumped it all out they are straight playing people for their money I also have video and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

Called him this morning for his services, and he came by same day before noon. Excellent service and a great price. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service. We called Saturday noon with poop in the shower. We were given an estimate of 2:00 to 2:30 arrival. The truck arrived at 2:29! The service was professional and quick. 5 stars.

We just used his services 10 minutes ago. We came to our home to pump the septic tank and when he left our property, he broke the concrete when he had ENOUGH space to exit (we have 1+acre) but he made a sharp turn breaking our concrete from the edge. He did not gave us a receipt and I called him and told him abou the concrete issue and he said: Yes, I know and I did but what do you want me to do? Pay you for it? And he added: Next time call somebody else!
Now, we have broken concrete in our home because he said he has NO insurance!

I've used the 2 brothers septic service multiple times and have had nothing but positive experiences. Every time I have request service they show up same day.

Offers great service at a great price will keep using them from now on. He was very knowledgeable about my septic tank as well and gave me some maintenance advice.

Texted my address and arrived half an hour early ready to pump. My tech was kind and explained the process and took me on a mini tour of the truck to clarify my concerns regarding, poop. Lol. There was some things I didnt know, being oblivious to septic tanks; and they pointed out a minor detail which was an obvious issue that needed additional work which was barely more than my pump out quote. The truck was well maintained as well and I would recommend their services to anyone.

I called at 8:30 in the morning today, Sunday, and they answered on the second ring. They had someone at by house at 10:30am and my problem was gone! They emptied the septic tank in about 20 minutes... It was so full my sink had backed up and I could not wait until Monday, so it was awesome they worked Sunday, which all the other companies I tried to call were closed.

Came out same day (Christmas Eve 😯) which we didn't expect but were pleasantly surprised. Over the past 5 days I've called 2 other companies that didn't even respond. Price was great and they were professional....what more could you want!

Will never call them again. They take advantage of people. Hired them to pump the septic tank at my mom's house. They showed up and pumped it but left the sold waste, told my mom they couldn't pump it because it would plug their pump. Charged more than the agreed price. A couple weeks later tank over filled. So I called a different company and they pumped all the waste left by this company.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I do not recommend this company. They give you a price over the phone and then find away to charge more when they are doing the job. They Do Not clean out septic tanks thoroughly. They left tank with 3/4 of waste behind.

Waste of time and Money.
