I needed my septic pumped, I called them and they came out the following day. They were punctual and very cautious on the property. They cleaned up any mess made and the price was great!

Contacted 2brothers septic tank service. Agreed on a price and shared property address and confirmed a date. They did not show. And when I contacted them, they played dumb and hung up on me.

I called this SEPTIC PUMPING COMPANY to come out and Pump my septic tank .
1st time needing to do this since we bought our house. We gave them the benefit of the doubt since they had a mix or good and bad reviews ,worst decision.
As mentioned 1st septic cleaning we know nothing of it. Guy came pumped it out mainly water we didn't think anything of it since they are the professional.
Our toilet and shower started overflowing.
We called a plumer who asked if our tank has been cleaned recently. " yes, 3 days ago". Sure enough he showed us the other side of the tank full of feces . What the company pumped was the overflow.
I called the company and the guy very rudely and defensive stated they are just a pumping company and they pumped . Its not there job to mention that they were pumping the overflow and not the main part of the septic tank. He even stated the tank can fill up in 2- 3 days which, anyone with logic would know that is not true. We have pictures of the tank being full.
So basically we payed for them to do half of the work, they are DISHONEST. They are the kind of company who if you personally don't know what job they should doing they won't do it correctly and scam people. Apparently this happens often because he from the gecko he said " you people always want service done for free ,want us to drive back for free when we drive 2 hours out to you already that's not how it works plumbers like to instigate they dont knowwhat they are talking about." and he finished with it wasn't me who went i sent someone else and I need to ask that person what they did. And he washed his hands. Im glad I speak perfect spanish where there
was no language
barrier or misinterpreted when I called and spoke to who im guessing is the owner.
They did arrive at the time they said ,that was the only good thing about them .
Definitely reported them to the BBB.

RUDE RUDE RUDE 2brothers service came out 2 weeks ago and supposedly pumped my septic tank. After 1 week started having issues with toilet again. Called a different company who came out to check and said the tanks were completely full, solid waste had not been pumped at all, liquid waste only partially pumped. I called back 2brothers, told them the issue. They wanted to charge another $300 to come pump again. I told them they needed to make it right since it was never appropriately pumped. They hung up on me! Rude, not trustworthy. Don't use this company!

I texted them on a Sunday after an unpleasant septic backup in our house. He gave me a better price (on a Sunday!!!) than when we had our system serviced 3-4 years prior. He said he could be there in 20 minutes and showed up in 19. Excellent service, pleasant conversation under the circumstances, and had a snake on hand to free up the loaded backup for a small additional fee. I will use them again and highly recommend this company to all who need quick and efficient septic service.

Excellent price and was able to come out right away. He was super nice and professional. Would definitely recommend and call on him again.
The first time I use this company was in 2020 and I had them come out again today 6/2023. Just as the last time, extremely nice, professional and even went above and beyond to recommend a place to buy a replacement pump, to cut down pricing when the septic electrician comes out. would definitely still recommend this company!

I don’t recommend. They never showed up when they were supposed to and when I called them to ask when they coming they were very rude and didn’t know what they were talking about.

If I can give this services a zero stars I would...PLEASE DON'T USE their services, they DO NOT EMPTY the Septic tank, they left 4 1/2 my tank filled, I called them to come back to empty my tank and they stated they would come back to take care of the issue but NEVER Returned, i have called them several times and now my calls go to voicemail..... Be Careful people.....NOT an Honest Business......

I had Adriane come out to my house? I had a gas leak and the Socal Gas company turned my gas completely off. He was able to come out the next day and find three different areas that had leaks. He was very reasonable very friendly and hard-working. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable plumber.

I have always used GL plumbing for all of our plumbing needs, whether it's for a clogged drain, busted water heater, or a new water line. Both the father and son are very great people to work with, very respectful, very knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable.

I called GL Plumbing and Cody answered the phone. I explained I would like an estimate on installing a sediment trap and drip pan for my water heater, he said he needed to check out the water heater to make sure everything is up to code before he could give me an estimate. Since it was a free estimate, I said OK. He was able to go in the afternoon of the same day. After checking, he said everything else was fine and he could do the installation the next day. As promised, he showed up today to complete the work. He sent me the before and after pictures so I could see what he did since this is my rental property and I was not onsite.

The fact that he wanted to check it out FREE to make sure the water heater was up to code before he gave an accurate estimate showed that he is an honest man with integrity. I also want to point out that his price was a lot more reasonable than another company I had called before him.

There is a very good reason why Cody gets 5 star reviews from all of his customers. Look no further, GL Plumbing And Mechanical is the company you can trust.

Five stars is not enough for the great service Cody provides. He is friendly and super knowledgeable and knew exacly what I needed for my bathrooms and kitchen. Work was done timely and professionally. He explains things thoroughly so a novice can understand. Prices are very fair, for such great service!

They say their 24 hours but no one ever answered my calls or returned my calls.
