Had to have a complete re-plumb job of our home due to an unfortunate slap leak...eeek! A very messy job made tolerable by efficiency, kindness shown under our stress, and an immediate punch list follow-up...job should be completed today!

They were on-time, respectful, courteous, upfront and honest. They have an awesome reputation and I highly recommend Lenox plumbing for your gas and water needs.

I would have given a 5, but the completed job did not reflect what I had asked for at the time of the estimate. In the end, they did work with me and I am very satisfied with the final project. They are all about customer service; it was just a bit frustrating. Employees are very easy to work with and do a great job cleaning up. Just be sure everything is understood prior to the job starting.
