We had an excellent experience with Milano Mechanical. We hired them to install a heat pump water heater. Dan, the owner, came on time and gave a very reasonable estimate. He took time to check everything and sent us the estimate quickly. He and his employees came on time and did the work well. They were clean and also friendly and polite. Dan was approachable and reachable. He is helpful and willing to give information about the kind of work they do. It is a local business, not a large chain.
I give them a high recommendation.

I was looking for heat-pump smart mini-splits to replace my window AC units before summer. I got quotes from competing HVAC vendors who were also highly rated on google, but Milano came at a lower cost with better customer service. Ryan and Dan were amazing. I got two Mitsubishi units that they BTU sized for each room's needs. It heats and cools really fast and I expect lower bills since heat pumps are more efficient. My install situation was a bit tricky given the location of the two rooms and the 220v to be pulled from the subpanel. Their electricians did a great job and Milano did repeat trips at no add'l cost till I was fully satisfied.

Janae was very helpful and friendly on the phone and great customer service. Milano Mechanical replaced my water heater and now I have hot water on demand and its awesome!

My furnace was lighting but wasn't kicking on. I could only check a pilot light. My nephew used these guys and said they were good. I got a tech there that day. They were there for about 4 1/2 hours and got me running right. The kid was polite and broke stuff down to where i knew what was going on. They stayed to make sure it was running when they got done and thank God bc winter's coming. They weren't Hella expensive either. Great company

We have been so pleased with our new Harvest open system installation by Milano Mechanical. We had no idea how much work swapping out a regular high-efficiency, gas HVAC, and hot water system for a state of the art electric heat pump system would be, but we have nothing but admiration for the hard work, and perfectionism of the fleet of professionals we had working all week on our complex, space station-like, modern marvel. Dual zoned, and latest in smart tech, no detail was overlooked. We were so glad we trusted this organization with understanding and applying the technology that we had trouble wrapping our heads around. We are so grateful.

Loved the work from the technician Brian! He came in to assess a leaky faucet and did a quality install while replacing the faucet and associated piping. He stuck around to stress test the new equipment and gave excellent tips on maintaining the equipment. Highly recommend, no complaints whatsoever.

I just want to shout out janay and the team at Milano for helping me out in tough spot with my water heater that crapped out on me. I had family visiting and needed it replaced ASAP. Great company! I will be recommending them to froends!

Milano Mechanical came highly recommended by a good friend and they did not disappoint. Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday and after leaving a message, we were quickly scheduled for an appt. on Tuesday morning. Ben showed up, appraised the issue quickly, ordered parts...and we were back up and running the morning after parts arrived. Ben was easy to work with, responsive to all my questions and provided great customer service. In between, Jenae at the front desk kept us updated throughout the process. In today's world where good customer service seems to be a thing of the past, the Milano Mechanical team showed that great customer service still exists! Milano will now have my HVAC/Plumbing business going forward.

The entire process with Milano Mechanical has been professional and of the highest quality. Starting from the proposal phase all the way through the installation. There were no surprises and the quality of the team was courteous and easy to work with. When there were final issues to be resolved, the owner himself stepped in and completed the work in order to keep us on schedule. I plan to use them again for my business as well as additional home upgrades. Thank you for your part in making my home renovation a little bit worry free.

Great customer service from Jynee and great hvac service from Ryan and tankless water heater repair from Justin! Amado even helped me fix my sink which was added to the visit the day of 😅 Great pricing and I even signed up for their hvac maintenance plan which includes 2 visits per year! Highly recommend and they’ve been around for 22 years!

Milano Mechanical has been so helpful! The lady in the office reached out to my inquiry for a new water heater install quickly and got me scheduled. Within the week Justin and his team installed a new tankless water heater within days. It is amazing and im loving it.
