I had a fantastic experience with Paul from North HVAC Services. From start to finish, Paul was incredibly friendly and professional. He efficiently diagnosed and clearly explained what caused my AC unit to stop functioning and provided a game plan of how to get my AC unit back up and running. What stood out to me was how meticulous Paul was. He double-checked everything on the AC unit, ensured that none of the internal AC electrical wires were binding, strained or near a sharp edges. His attention to detail is bar none. Afterwards, he cleaned up after the repair, checked my furnace filter, and ensured that my AC was running optimally. It's rare to find a service that combines technical skills with such great customer care. Without reservation, I would not hesitate to call or recommend North HVAC Services. They answered and returned my call promptly, and Paul was great!

I will add another 5-star review. We had a system of Mitsubishi mini-splits installed in 6 rooms of our house. Every step of the process was so well done I could not think of anything that could have been done better. Chris, Ivan, Lila and the installers were efficient, thorough, pleasant and responsive throughout the designing, installing, cleanup and follow up. If I had a question or request, I got an answer or a solution by the next day or sooner. And Lila provided everything I needed to get the Sonoma Clean Power rebate quickly. I could not be more pleased, and I have recommended them to my friends.

North HVAC was very responsive to the concerns I raised about our recently purchased HVAC system. They came back to make an inspection of the installed system and provided a thorough explanation that addressed our concerns.

Called due to old furnace giving out, very cold weather, and seeking a quick warm replacement even tho holidays coming up. Received a very understanding reception, same day house call to visualize situation and am now waiting a short time later for bid. Most appreciative of the kind support. Will report later for resolution.

While they don't *need* another five star review, here I am because I just HAD to share how incredibly helpful, personal, professional and understanding their entire team is. Lila is a delight to work with - always willing to think and talk through what makes most sense for the customer. I am beyond excited to have my system setup and ready to go for the winter!

Chris, an owner, is who you will likely meet first, scoping the job and providing a fair quote and detailed recommendations I felt were honest. My mother is low-income so Lila spent an entire year qualifying her for a special program, didn’t forget us, and alerted us when she was finally accepted. Ivan, another owner, ran the installation team with two very professional gents, Jairo and Rafael. Every time they came in and out of the house they put on shoe covers and were all very patient with questions. They were flexible with moving trucks and were legitimately friendly and kind every moment. Very professional.

The base Mitsubishi unit they recommended is stunning. We are now sitting in a warm home that hasn’t felt true heat in years and are forever grateful.

I have worked with numerous HVAC companies over the years and this one has been my favorite. They are not overpriced nor are they going to be the lowest bid, but if theirs comes in for you at a reasonable price you’d be a fool to not choose them.

Tony is AMAZING. Our A/C unit stopped worked today and it is 100 outside. Called several mechanical contractors only to be told next appt is one to two weeks out. Left a message for Milano Mechanical and Tony called me back within 20 minutes. As luck would have it he was in our neighborhood and came right over. On top of that he had the part needed in his van to bring our AC unit back to life. Would highly recommend this company. Great service, extremely knowledgeable and fair. Thank you Tony.

Tony and the Milano Mechanical team are the best in the business! Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had with a trades service. They came and installed an AC unit for our house right before we had a baby in August and boy were we thankful, with a month of 95 plus degree weather! Milano Mechanical has been our "go to" for many years. They replaced our furnace and added air conditioning (and a HEPA filter before we knew what they were), replaced our water heater with a tankless model, replaced our thermostat and just replaced the attic fan they installed 20 years ago. Their work is always meticulous and they are always able to fit us in quickly when we need it. We highly recommend this local family business.

This is my second review of Milano Mechanical. 4 years ago i used them to replace my HVAC unit. I gave them 5 stars back then. They diagnosed my most recent HVAC issue as a defective "zone board" They responded quickly and replaced that deflective part yesterday. I have used Milano many times at my place of business. Everybody I have dealt with a Milano was efficient and customer focused. Prices were fair. Needless to say that have been my first call for HVAC and problems and they will continue be!

I can't say enough good things about the service from Milano Mechanical. They installed a heat pump and the crew was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Our experience with Milano Mechanical has been nothing but the best, from the quick and reasonable estimate to Tony answering a series of questions regarding the equipment to be installed, down to the installation crew who were so nice and organized and considerate. They went above and beyond with their customer service and even went to get us a new filter before leaving the job. Their quote was very fair and competitive. The installation crew was every bit as professional as our interactions with the office. Very clean install and left our garage cleaner than when they started! Wouldnt hesitate to call these guys!
