I would highly recommend Adams Heating and Cooling to anyone in the area. Brian Adams and his team did a fantastic job of removing my old heater and installing a new one. They were very punctual, professional, reasonably priced, and efficient. They were very honest about my options, they informed me of several budget-minded options and were open to negotiation with me in a professional, reasonable manner. Brian Adams was available answered every single call I made and answered every question I had. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They quickly and cleanly installed the heater we decided upon. Installers were very friendly. They were very thorough and careful in the installation, cleaned up perfectly, and even checked all vents under the house. Furthermore, Brian was kind enough to offer me a discount and provide a payment plan for me. These are the kinds of local small businesses that deserve Sonoma County's support.

Josh and crew were excellent. Honestly the best trades people I’ve met in years. Honest. Didn’t try to sell unnecessary things. Reasonably priced. Knew their stuff inside and out. Gave us great advice that’s helping our home stay warm. Highly highly recommend. We’ve already passed on their details to a bunch of family. Will always use them whenever we have a hearing or cooling issue. Five stars.

I have used them three times and will be getting my new furnace with them. I have used them three times for service calls on an old furnace that puts the fear of god into most technicians, but 'Adams' had no issues with handling the fixes. I literally had one place tell me they didn't feel comfortable working on my furnace.

Twice (once for my house and once for my mom's condo) I had gone to three different companies to get a quotes for a new furnace to ensure I was getting a competitive price. Adams was always the best price. Some companies were trying to charge me three times the amount for ugly wall units installed. I have an old house and such units would have been a terrible choice to keep the aesthetic.

Brian and Josh are friendly, experienced, and professional. They have an old school client focused approach to their business. At this point I wouldn't go to another company for heating & cooling related work. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with Adams Heating & Cooling on some HVAC related issues. I can't speak highly enough about this Company. In today's world, integrity and craftsmanship is becoming increasingly harder to find. I have had just about every one of Adam's competitors out to diagnose my issues and every single time I was told I needed a new system without even listening to me or trying to diagnose my problem. They just wanted to sell me something with the highest price tag.

Specifically, Josh is world class. He is a master at his craft and is highly skilled. Adam's - do whatever you can to keep Josh. I'm sure you know how valuable he his to your business! As long as Josh works for Adam's, I won't even think about using anyone else.

We're very happy with our new heater. The people at Adams were friendly and helpful. They worked at trying to fix our 25 year old heater. When it became evident it couldn't be fix they gave us estimates for all the options we wanted to consider. Their estimates were reasonable. On the day of installation the crew was considerate and made sure we knew all about our new equipment.

When I bought my condo in 2019, the inspector told me I should replace the furnace sooner than later. Almost six years later, I finally decided it was time, and I could not be happier.
A friend told me she had hired Adams Heating and Cooling to install AC in her house. She said they had the highest ratings of any company in the area. I did a deep dive, read the reviews myself, and decided this was the company for me.
Brian came out to inspect my place. Based on its size, he recommended two different Trane furnaces. They were available to schedule the install within a week of me giving him the go-ahead.
His crew arrived at the agreed-upon time and did a great job removing my 40-year-old furnace. What a difference! I love my new furnace. It's SO quiet! It doesn't wake me up in the morning when it kicks on.

The installation crew was great! Very respectful and did a great job on a challenging new system installation . My old system had failed and Adams was able to get to work on my job on short notice . Good results and very happy with my new equipment . I would highly recommend them

Our experience with Adams was great from start to finish. Brian came to our home, discussed what our needs were (new furnace and air conditioner), inspected our current equipment, and gave us an estimate. It was much lower than the other two estimates we had received, using top-of-the-line equipment. The installation went very smoothly, the three installers were very friendly and knowledgeable, worked quickly, and we were only without heat for a few hours. They completed the installation on the second day, installed a new dryer vent, cleaned up all their mess, and helped us rearrange the heavy things we’d had to move. They even carried our Christmas tree back to the shed for us and programmed the new thermostat! Highly recommend!

Chris came out to my house and gave me the most reasonable of several quotes, as well as being friendly and low pressure. I felt comfortable having North HVAC in my home to instal a new HVAC system. They arrived when they scheduled, were respectful and clean when working inside my home, and finished a large job quickly. Everything came out as promised and I was very happy with the ease of the entire process. Absolutely recommend these guys, they’re professionals!

We could not be more pleased with the service that Chris and his crew provided in installing our new heat pump system! ! From the first meeting when he and Randy came to do the estimate - the day after I called - I knew that they would be our choice because they had a real “can-do” attitude, problem-solving the modifications that would needed to install the system.

Providing good service seems to be in their DNA, and service is definitely what we needed for this project. We had so many questions about how the new system would function - it’s a very different animal from the gas furnace we were used to. They were knowledgeable and patient in answering all of them, which reassured us about our decision to go electric. They and their crew, Ivan and Pedro, were wonderful to work with - hard-working, honest, friendly, efficient, on-time. We had a couple of concerns after installation (it has taken some getting used to the new system.) After contacting Chris, he and Randy came as soon as they could, investigated and addressed our concerns, leaving us with the directive to call again if we weren’t satisfied (which we were).

And, did I mention that their bid was substantially less than their 2 competitors? We will be recommending them to all our friends as we hope that more homeowners will be moving to electric appliances.
