I really want to thank John for his work on two wall heaters I have. After calling someone I had used in the past with no response, it was wonderful to hear from John immediately. I thought I would have to replace the heater but after completely tearing it apart, he was able to reassemble a beautifully clean heater with a few new parts that he had on sight with him.
He explained and demonstrated his work and made the visit a real learning experience. He is very conscientious about his work and after meeting with him, i think he could fix about anything. His prices are very reasonable, the best part being he will fix it before he'll replace it. He left me with a shiny new looking heater, and a completely cleaned up work space. I can't say enough good things about John.

John provided the best service call experience I have ever had for my furnace. The problem was quickly diagnosed after a few quick questions and tests. The unit was in a difficult place to access but he was quick to "jump in" and tackle the problem. He never attempted to sell me a new unit. Rather, he went out of his way to let me know that the heater still had good serviceable life. Friendly, always courteous and very organized. Spotless van without a tool out of place. I'm in Petaluma and needed a pro to service my 36 year-old furnace, and I'm very happy I called John of Core Heating & Air Con. John was able to come out the SAME DAY. My furnace had a few problems and John explained each problem. He replaced the blower motor and cleaned out - he said, 'detailed' - some very dirt-encrusted elements of the furnace, and now my furnace works better than it has EVER worked in the 26 years I've owned my home. John is extremely professional, reasonable and never tried to upsell me to a new furnace. Highly recommend John of Core Heating & Air Conditioning if you live in Petaluma or Sonoma County.

During the worst heat wave of the millennia, our preschool cafeteria air conditioning went out. We were experiencing strange operation on the gas furnace fan. It would keep running when it should and sometimes when it should not. Called Adams Heating late Friday afternoon and set an appointment for 11:00 am Saturday. Serviceman Josh arrived right on time.
He then checked out all of the circuits and demonstrated cause of the erratic fan operation. He was given approval to replace the damaged circuit board which he had on his truck.
Josh worked quickly and clearly knew what he was doing He demonstrated the repaired furnace to check operation. He then explained Petaluma's code requiring the use of high efficiency furnaces including the complex installation of these furnaces. T.he cost of the j;ob was very reasonable
I was very pleased with the service provided by Adams Heating and Cooling.

Believe it or not, we had a furnace installed by this company 20 years ago, and we called them when we began to have trouble with it back in January. When they came to our home, we were not surprised that they recommended a new furnace (and quite frankly we were happy it lasted us as long as it did)! By the next week, the new furnace was installed, and there was not a single piece of evidence that showed an installation crew had been in our home. They did a great job 20 years ago, and are still providing the same great service today.
