This company knows how to run a business. Everything from scheduling to fixing the AC was nothing short of perfect. North HVAC Company will be the only company I use for all my HVAC maintenance and issues.

Update - Parts arrived a week late (supplier failed to complete order, but North followed up and resolved the problem). Once delivered, immediate response and careful reassessment of furnace control settings. Much appreciated!

Paul came out to our house to trouble shoot our furnace. He was great. Explained the issue and fixed it promptly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to use them again if other issues arise.

I went with North HVAC Services to install 2 Mitsubishi mini-split floor units in my house, and I’m so happy I did! Chris was responsive to ALL my questions about the units from day 1…. and I had a lot of questions. On the day of installation, the guys showed up 5 mins early, walked me through the full scope of what they were going to be doing, took note as to placement of the units and then got to work. They took great care in making sure everything they worked around was clean and safe. They also would come talk to me if they found a better solution for placement or coverage, which I really liked that they were keeping all aspects of my house in mind while doing the install. They worked really fast and had everything done in a day and half! They were all very professional, knew their stuff and were very receptive to any communication or questions. I highly recommend them.

We had an inspection for a 20 year old home. The system was original but kept up by the owner. They noted a few items of concern, but they weren't alarmists, which is very appreciated.

This company is great. We had received a quote for Semi-Rigid Ducting installation from another company that was simply unacceptably high and which charged us $85.00 for an estimate. By chance we ran across the guys form North HVAC with their truck that said "free estimates". They very efficiently assessed our Ducting condition and gave us a far more reasonable quote that the "other guys". They were able to schedule the work in a very short time. The crew is very professional, have a lot of attention to details and all are clearly well experienced. The Heating system was working the best it ever has after the work was complete. I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

My first time calling a repairman period, Chris made it nice and easy. My heater was making a loud rattling noise, made a single call and he was able to come by the very next week. Very responsive via text communication, went over the problem and exactly what he was doing as he was diagnosing and inspecting my unit’s heater. Very informative and hands on which I really appreciate. It ended up being a small issue, so he simply charged me a minimal diagnostic fee and recommended future options if any issues were arise in the future. I would highly recommend them.

NORTH HVAC was great. They were very responsive and very reasonable. They are the perfect sized firm for our job - big enough to get the work done promptly but small enough to be personable and lower overhead than some of the bigger companies. I would highly recommend them. We are completely satisfied with their work.

Had a great experience with North HVAC Services! Paul came out to perform a routine maintenance/tune-up on our AC unit. He thoroughly cleaned the unit, replaced filters etc. He also identified a part that was busted, and luckily was able to replace it.

Very glad we had North HVAC come out before the hot summer months when our AC unit surely would have malfunctioned or at the very least not run efficiently.

Paul was also very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process!
