Garbage work, maybe ok for a water heater or something simple, extremely expensive, bad attitude, poor plumbing knowledge.

They came in to cap a gas line in my kitchen and did it for half the price I was quoted by another company. Highly recommend.

The staff at Ferguson Supply are very knowledgeable and helpful for all plumbing supplies.

Clerk at front was not helpful. Asked a few times for assistance and was brushed away. Not sure how this is a “5 Star” establishment.

Awful customer service. They took my info last week and promised to have a sales rep call me back and never did. When I called back this week the operator forwarded me to a line that she answered and then immediately hung up! When I called right back she told me that I would actually have to call the HVAC Dept. and she read me a different number. When I asked her why she didnt tell me that the first time I called she had no credible response. Once over to the HVAC dept. I found a sales rep who made it seem like I was bothering him. Furthermore, he kept blaming the fact that "the mini splits are a new account" as an excuse for why he had no knowledge or expertise that could assist in my obtaining of a quote. He didnt even know that the tonnage is listed in the Model Number! He couldn't cross reference anything. What time of HVAC sales rep doesn't know even the basics. Waste of time dealing with this company and an absolutely infuriating experience to boot.

Edit: I never called and I continue too go out of my way too avoid doing business with Ferguson but I just saw that the area rep replied with her credentials and asked me too reach out, as I mentioned before I did not because I'm a busy guy and I put this behind me that day when I walked in my front door from work, but I also have a heart and I don't want too skew there review results too much in one direction when I chose not too call and resolve the situation as she asked me to do in her reply, for that reason I am editing my stars from a 1 to a 3. Take Care.

GAC plumbing provides outstanding industrial grade service. My business has used them on multiple occasions for waste water pipe clearing. Gary & Dell are professional, polite and responsive. They have been available after hours and very affordable. GAC has the most powerful equipment for the service I need.

Company may no longer be in business. Calls/v.m.s not returned, and emails have bounced back as "not delivered." And business hours on their website do not match Google. Unfortunate...we've used this business in the past with good results.

Excellent customer service and very professional. We live in Dillon Beach 20 miles west of Petaluma and nver easy to find quick service. Jake and crew are knowledgable and abided by all Covid-19 rules.
