Shaun did a tremendous job fixing the inducer motor in my furnace. Highly recommend!

Shawn was great today he was able to have apur system running again

We moved into a new house. With it still under warranty, we called for an air conditioner maintenance check. Urban city mechanical found that it needed a new condenser, which is the motor that runs the air conditioner fan. The repairman in his first visit made sure to turn the air conditioning unit off because there were leaves and debris in the unit and frayed wires that could’ve caused a fire. so he ensured that it was safe while they ordered a replacement part. A couple weeks later he arrived back, installed the condenser, and in a matter of a couple hours we’re back up and running with a brand new condenser unit on our air conditioner. He did a great job, Kept us safe, protected us from fire and gave us a another few years on our air conditioning unit.

The technician had my system repaired in no time. Very professional and reliable. Excellent job! Thank you!

From the moment that we met with Shawn, our encounter with Urban City Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning was very professional. Every step in the process, from the initial discussion of purchase options to the installation of the furnace and A/C, then the follow-up by Shawn, was top notch. This was the best service I have ever experienced. He was very courteous and experts at what they do. I am still amazed at how quick and smooth the entire operation went. The price he quotes you for is the price you will pay there are no surprise charges. When you look at the completed work you know you dealt with professionals Great first experience and looking forward to being a long-time customer!

Shaun is awesome. He came in and fixed our problem in a timely manner. Very respectful and professional. I’ll recommend his services all the time.

Shaun was fantastic. After dealing with various other A/C technicians who just told us to get a new thermostat, or a while new system, Shaun was actually able to get to the root of the problem in the actual wiring. He installed the newest thermostat, and spent hours to ensure that the wiring was in perfect shape to ensure we'd have cool air throughout the summers to come. Don't waste your time with anyone else, contact Shaun for your HVAC needs. He will not disappoint.
