Michael was on time and extremely professional. He inspected our house and shared his honest thoughts on what needs to be done. By far the best estimator, we've had for our project. If the price is right then we would love to give him our business.

The Office asked me via text when I want a maintenance service scheduled. We agree on a day. I was not made aware I had to pay for it and I assumed was still included in warranty; (3yrs ago I had installed a new system w new ducts). HOWEVER the tech BRANDYN MANCINAS made up for the ‘miss up’ He was so professionals, knowledgeable and patient w me, helping me wrap my head around why I wasn’t told.. and what can he do for me today, what a basic maintenance is for a 3 yr old system; what to look out for, how often to replace a heater filter- which I didn’t know exists; and more.. worked very cleaned and put all back.. I APPRECIATED SO MUCH HIS PACIENCE AND KINDNESS. Very good tech!!!! Thank you Brandyn! And awesome job! 👏

For just getting a quote, they were very helpful. The technician, Blake, came out and looked at our existing system and explained all the different components and options for what he recommended to replace (the heater looked okay for now, so the AC compressor and optionally the coolant coil would need replacement, along with a few small things to bring the system up to code since that has changed since 20 years ago when the last system was installed). He explained the difference between an AC compressor and a heat pump and said the quote would include both those options so we can decide which we want to go with.

I’ll update the review later if we go with them for the install to review that portion of the work.

The initial visit for quote was satisfactory. The next day received two texts from different employees informing me of directions as if I'd accepted bid.
Incredibly arrogant!
It was unwelcome and the correspondence was unprofessional with an excuse of Covid. Horrible first impression and assuredly not a company I'm going to trust in such a grand endeavor.
Be careful and aware!

The Sales and installation process were very easy. The outside wiring was all hidden and neatly done. The unit has worked great these last few weeks.

Mike Richard's was very honest and extremely helpful. He sent out a service team lead by Blake Coleman who found the problem and rewired my Air and heat pump saving me thousands of dollars! They could of just sold me a new unit. Thank you for your honesty! I would recommend

I booked an AC tune up through Fullerton Costco with EconoAir. The guy at Costco (Chris?) was super friendly, low pressure, and easy to speak to. We had already replaced our furnace, condenser, and ducts through another company a few years ago and were due for an annual tune-up. The Costco booth had a sign for $89 tune-up and so I signed up for that, which is a pretty good deal for what we got. Liem showed up on time and was also super friendly. He cleaned both of the return registers, checked out the furnace, and replaced my provided filter. He cleaned out the very cobwebby boards in the condenser and ensured everything was working electrically. Was a great experience and if they run the same special next year I'll sign up for it again. So grateful for Econo Air, and especially Elsa! She was absolutely incredible, so efficient, helpful, informative, and most importantly honest. I was grateful to have a direct line to someone who I felt deeply cared about my situation, especially after dealing with another HVAC company that felt so scammy. I wish I had reached out to her first! I talked to her Friday, and a technician (Juan, who was awesome — professional and courteous) came Saturday first thing. He got a hold of my replacement part Monday and Fernando came first thing Tuesday to do the installation. And it’s peak summer right now! I’m so grateful for the whole team. They are all honest, hard working, and I just felt comfortable in all my interactions with them. I absolutely recommend!

we decided to upgrade our two 26 years old AC units and accepted a great offer from Costco to replace the old units with the brand new units with 4 solar panels which powers the AC units. Econo Air was the installer. they were very professional, courteous and on time. it took 2 days to finish the project. everything went as scheduled seamlessly. for the solar panels, we are still waiting for our HOA to give us a green light. my overall experience with Econo Air was very positive. i strongly recommend their service.

Mike Richards and Everyone I worked with at Econoair were professional courteous and friendly. I was looking to increase the efficiency and the ability to cool hot areas of my home. Luckily I ran into Elsa who helped tremendously with that process. She set up the meeting with Mike Richards with a HVAC evaluation. l. Econo air installed three different zones Enlarge the intake to help the unit run more efficient. We have never had A house that was cool throughout. We now have that. I would definitely recommend Elsa And Econo Air Climate Control.
