I have a new apartment in Concord and really needed a deep clean before moving in. This company went above and beyond. They showed up on time, were super respectful, and left everything spotless. Floors, windows, even the little details were taken care of. You can tell they care about their work. Walking into such a clean space gave me real peace of mind. I’d definitely hire them again without hesitation.

Extremely fast and reliable service. They did an amazing job. My husband and I got the flu ant the same time, our 4 small children stayed healthy, while we focused on keeping everyone alive we did not focus on keeping the house clean. This service came in very short noticed and completely cleaned our whole 2 bed 1 bath home (master bed and bath were excluded as a quarantine zone).

The lady that came was efficient and polite. They were on time and very caring with all of our belongings and home.

I would absolutely recommend their services again

We paid $450 for 6hrs of labor for two workers. We didn't have to provide anything for the cleaning. It was worth every single penny.

Great experience with Go Cleaning Service! I had their upholstery cleaning service done, and my couches look fantastic. I didn't realize how dirty they had gotten, but they’re fresh and clean now. Highly recommend!

3 stars given only because cleaners came in on time and cleaned, also accommodating for our cats being around the house (was unable to keep them inside a room). However, we were not satisfied with the work that was done. Did not seem like deep cleaning work. Window sills were not entirely clean still after they left, base boards not cleaned at all, dining table was not clean (not sure if this is cause this is not necessarily part of the house?). I felt time was wasted on more of reorganizing our stuff on the counter tops, folding blankets/shaping toilet paper. Was asked if fridge or oven can be cleaned (thought cleaning outside of these appliances was already included in price) so thought they were asking about cleaning INSIDE these appliances. Turns out it was just cleaning the outside and nothing touched inside. We were ok to pay extra if they cleaned inside. Overall, don’t think we can use this company again since price was not worth the work that was done. We could have cleaned the same way ourselves to be honest.

The cleaner accommodated a last-minute request, which was a huge relief and the results were incredible.
The cleaner worked for 9 hours straight. The dedication and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire apartment .
It feels brand new!

I don’t have enough good things about GO Cleaning Service! I needed a last minute appointment after having had a terrible experience with another cleaner. My mother was having surgery that same day and I needed someone to sanitize and deep clean the home. I called in complete panic and the manager, Juan, listened to my situation carefully to try and find a solution before I booked. He worked to find a team to come in and help us on such short notice. Within 30 minutes he found us a team! That alone merits a 5 star review! But it gets better!

The day of the service, Jessica and Cesar came to my home and were very thoughtful. We had sleeping babies, adults, and even a cat. Nothing phased them. They were professional and accommodating to so much movement happening in the home. They also asked questions, went above and beyond what I had originally intended them to do, and most importantly brought peace to my home.

I can’t thank GO Cleaning, Juan, Jessica, and Cesar enough. They were truly the calm in the middle of a crazy storm.

Deep clean sunroom with concrete floors. An extension of my home that I see everyday from snide and out. They scrubbed the concrete floors cleaned windows and every corner of the room.

I can open my blinds and see a clean beautiful connections from inside my home to outside.

They did a great job deep cleaning my condo. Dealing with postpartum arthritis is tough and they helped get my home into tip top shape. Juan was responsive and helpful, and his team was professional and respectful of my property. I will definitely hire them again!

Move-out clean scheduled on very short notice - Saturday on a 3 day weekend after I had to cancel with a prior company due to schedule changes with my movers. The cleaners, Yesica and her partner, were fast and left the house in beautiful condition. They did a far better job than a task rabbit cleaner I’d hired a month before for twice as many hours. I also ran into a problem on my end (bank fraud hold due to all the moving charges) and the company was patient and cordial while it was resolved. Would definitely use again.

I'm lucky to have Cesar this morning to clean carpet for me. He is so good that focused on every details and clean my dirties carpet to absolute clean carpet!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to walk on a super clean carpet at your home!!!! Call Cesar today!!

I hired Go Cleaning Service for deep cleaning, and I’m so impressed! My house looks and smells fantastic. They paid attention to every detail, and I’ll definitely be using them regularly from now on.

The worst move in clean in my opinion
Shower was awful, sink the same.
Grease on hood, top of fridge.All the drawers were dirty, crumbs and such

Hardwood floors smeared and streaked.
They did return to try to correct with no success, just as bad.Ceiling has spider webs.
Now we are doing it over our self and are finding more and more as we dig into this cleaning project.
I can not recommend this company at all

I called them on a friend’s recommendation and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. The team was super professional, they cleaned every nook and cranny in detail, arrived on time, and the price was reasonable. We payed for deep cleaning of just our common areas and 1 bathroom, and while some items were beautifully spotless, there were also some areas that were neglected. Did not seem worth the extra $ for a "deep clean".
The owner/manager communicated well and the team was punctual and professional.
4 stars for ease of communication and for cleanliness of areas that got their attention, -1 star for the areas that were missed.

I have been using Go Cleaning for several months at my rental Property to clean the "common areas" but not bedrooms. Yesterday, one of the 2 cleaners was ill and instead of asking to reschedule, the sole cleaner came out (sorry I can't remember his name), and did all the work himself AND shampooed my area rug, which was an add on request prior to him arriving. It did take him a little longer by himself but he did the work of two and did a great job in about 2 hours! Juan is always accommodating with my schedule and his teams are very professional and respectful. They dont all speak English and I speak broken Spanish, lol, but we find a way to communicate. Highly recommended!

Came in looking for some native plants and succulents. The selection was shockingly small. As the previous company that this location was, they had a massive selection of vegetables too, and it also shrunk. I have to wonder who they are catering to. Bummer.

If you have a blocked number for privacy purposes, you will be unable to call Sloan Pleasant Hill. Give it a try, and see what I mean! Not the best for their business. I can easily call Sloat Martinez, and they get the bulk if my business when I’m looking for something.

I went to Sloat's today to find some organic vegetable starts - they have very little offerings that are ``````organic. When I saw a flowering plant I was considering and asked if it had been treated with neonicotinoids, the salesman told me he didn't know. Told me, somewhat rudely, if I wanted to know *I* needed to look up the nursery and find out if they use them. It was confirmed that yes, Sloat does sell plants that contain neonics and they're not labeled, and the staff have know idea which plants they are! Navelet's had a much better organic selection and a friendlier staff. I will not be shopping there again. I will not support a garden center that knowingly sells plants that poison our pollinators, ecosystem and communities.
