Jesse is excellent in cleaning our carpet. He arrived right on time and the carpet was like new after he finished. We had many pet spots and they were all gone. Will definitely use them again.

We called with an urgent request and they came the same day. Sam was personable and did a great job-even on the worst stains. We will use them again and would highly recommend to anyone!

We could not be happier the service - Right from the start I new we had chosen the right company to work with - Jesse cleaned two 8X10 rugs and made sure we were pleased with the results - we were. I had no clue who they were before I googled carpet cleaning - I read just a couple of their reviews and gave them a call - I'm planning to call them first next time I need the services they offer.

My son had a birthday party at our home on a Saturday and my carpets were incredibly embarrassing. I called several places five days before the party asking for my carpets to be clean. I received a no from each company, but Jesse was at least willing to put me on “stand by” instead of just telling me a flat “no.” It was such a short notice, but he was able to accommodate me and did an outstanding job. He was efficient, and had great communication from the first time I called. I will be using his services from this point forward.

I just had Pleasant Hill Carpet Cleaning come clean my carpets. I knew I wanted to use a local company and After reading the reviews on Nextdoor, Pleasant Hill Carpet was my first call for carpet cleaning. I checked some of the other companies but they couldn't come close to the very reasonable pricing that PH Carpet offered. Jesse listened to my concerns and issues. He looked over my furniture and carpet and offered his suggestions. He was in and out in a matter of hours. I am super pleased at his service, pricing and quality.

I have a large black dog and a light tan carpet. It was a mess and I was desperate. Based on other positive reviews I contacted Pleasant Hill Carpet Cleaning. Jesse responded quickly and was able to schedule an appointment that met my needs. He did a great job. The carpet smells fresh and looks good. I will definitely use Pleasant Hill Carpet Cleaning again in the future.

Jesse was quick to respond and found a time that worked in my tight schedule. He did a great evaluation of our house and helped us come up with a carpet and upholstery cleaning plan that fit our budget. We have pets which a carpet challenge that he helped us work through. I highly recommend his expertise, and care of your carpets!

Jessie with Pleasant Hill Carpet Cleaning was great. He was super responsive and squeezed me in for a next day cleaning. Showed up well within 1/2 hour appointment window and I really appreciate the text letting you know that the technician was on their way. Time had gotten away from me and the carpets were well overdue for a cleaning... Jessie brought them back to life and offered great advice for spot cleaning and protection.

My carpet is gorgeous again! Jesse and Sam are professional and friendly. After a look at every room, they got to work treating spots and cleaning. Very efficient and thorough. They even cleaned the dining room chairs which I asked them to do at the last minute. Definitely recommend them!

I am giving a 5 star rating for Pleasant Hill Carpet Cleaning because my carpets and sofas and dining stools are cleaned like new again. I had another carpet cleaning company come about 2 months prior and did a horrible job. The carpet looked just as dirty, if not more dirty after it dried. I found Pleasant Hill Carpet Cleaning on Yelp and NextDoor and decided to give them a try. Needless to say, I was not happy having to pay AGAIN to have it cleaned. After talking with Jesse on the phone and describing what I needed, I decided to give him a try. I was amazed at the difference between Jesse and the "other" company. Jesse spent time on every spot and was so meticulous in his cleaning. He cleaned a large family room carpet, walk-in closet carpet, large area rug, two sofas and when he was finished I asked if he could clean our 4 bar stool, which are a microfiber material. Everything he touched looks like new again! Jesse will forever be our cleaner of choice and I'm recommending him to everyone I know.

Jesse at Pleasant Hill Carpet Cleaning is the BOMB! He and his worker did an excellent job of cleaning the tile and grout in my 20+ y old kitchen floor, my two microsuede chairs and a very tough sofa and chair! Also did two rooms with carpet. Everything is sparkling and beautiful. He was professional, gave estimate and never took a break. They were her for hours working hard. Highly recommended!

Two hall rugs and a mixed marble bathroom floor were cleaned SO WELL! Amazing results be my expectations by a long shot. Jesse was promo, professional, and communicative, and provided follow up care tips. Highly recommend!

As an Interior Designer who is very familiar with various surfaces and the care they require I am thrilled to have discovered Dave and his family! Dave very promptly came out and provided me a quote to clean and repair the marble in my primary bathroom. This marble has been exceedingly well cared for until I had Appleby's come to clean and seal it a few years ago. They absolutely ruined it! My once lovely marble that never had any issues became an absolute nightmare to maintain and try to clean. It looked worse than when they arrived and Appleby's had to come out three more times to try and bring it close to what it looked like before they started the job!

Anthony came out and worked all day on my bathroom. The grout looks incredible! The marble looks like new! I am so pleased with how everything turned out. Anthony was very professional, an absolute delight and highly skilled.

Again, I am thrilled to have discovered this company and family both personally and professionally. I will gladly be recommending them to my clients and look forward to using them to clean my carpets in the near future!

I am incredibly pleased with the work done by Maximum Carpet and highly recommend them! I had an area rug cleaned at their warehouse and they kept it an extra day to re-treat some stains. The rug came back amazingly clean and stain-free! They also spent extra time removing some stubborn stains on a wall to wall carpet. They were on time and very professional as well!
