joe came to our home in pleasant hill, and he was really friendly and professional. he arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work. our carpets and stairs look amazing now—he cleaned them way better than we expected. joe also spent some extra time working on my husband's old recliner and managed to get rid of a few stubborn pet odors. i was shocked by how much dirt came out, even though i vacuum all the time! his carpet cleaning machine is really powerful. the prices were great too. we’ll definitely be calling joe every summer to clean our carpets. highly recommend!

Exceptional work done by Pleasant Hill Carpet cleaning. I had stains that I thought would never come out but my carpets look brand new. Also the cleaner they use smells super fresh. Like my house has a new home smell. The price was very reasonable too. I compared to some other national brands and they were almost 50% cheaper. Will be using them again for sure.
