After posting a negative review of Quality Tree Care yesterday, the owner, Joe, reached out to me. He took complete responsibility for what happened and refunded the money that was of issue. He demonstrated that he has integrity and is capable of admitting when a mistake has been made. Consequently, I will not hesitate to invite Quality Tree Care to help with my future tree needs.

Excellent service. Quality Tree Care showed up on time, trimmed our large Chinese Elm and Redwood trees efficiently and expeditiously. They hung up a protection blanket on our gates to ensure they didn’t scratch the fence while hauling away the large tree branches. Clean-up was exceptional, and my trees look beautiful once again!

The crews at Quality Tree Care were awesome from first to last contact. I observed their teamwork at a neighbor’s and requested a bid for work at my home.
Oscar surveyed my property and Jonny, the arborist, followed up with an additional on site survey and bid. I trusted his expertise and followed his recommendations to thin my giant overgrown Ash and to remove a dying Birch and Crape Myrtle and to correct some prior tree trimmer’s poor branch cuts. I received the bid immediately and John had the crew in the very next day. The communication with me and between workers was excellent. As I had a pre- planned trip when the work was to be performed, the crew worked around my dogs, sequestering them briefly for their safety. Jonny supervised and notified me when the dogs were again released.
The crew cleaned up and the results are pleasing.
Overall, efficient, competent, and reliable.
I will use them again.

We recently had several birch trees removed and the roots ground down by Quality Tree Care, and we couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish the team was extremely polite, professional, and efficient. They followed our instructions perfectly, arrived on time, and worked hard to ensure every detail was taken care of. They left our yard spotless and they even set aside some wood, as we requested, to use it for firewood. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and respectful tree service, Quality Tree Care is absolutely the way to go. We highly recommend them and will certainly call upon them next time we need a tree service company.

Quality Tree Care is the best! We have hired them for two big jobs over the years.

Several years ago our 100-year-old Valley Oak fell across the canal and needed to be removed. We got a few bids and we could tell by how high they were that no one wanted the job. Then Joe came by and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. We could not have been happier with the quality of his work.

Recently Levi's crew removed a dead Maple tree in our back yard. This one required the crane. It was fun to watch the tree come down in large pieces lifted over our house, placed expertly in the front yard, and then fed to the chipper. The neighbors came outside to watch the operation.

When they were finished they cleaned up everything and you'd never know they were here (except for the missing tree). Again, their price was incredibly reasonable!

We'll always call Quality Tree Care for our tree needs. They are very honest, reasonably-priced, and experts in the field.

The actual tree trimming and cleanup was well done, although it was more than double the price of our previous service (retired). More than a dozen of our plants, however, were thoroughly trampled while the men were working. Won’t be calling them again.

We had Quality Tree Care trimmed a big branch of oak tree in our back yard. They came on time, did a wonderful job and clean the area very well before they leave. their price is reasonable.

Absolute pros. Quality Tree Care has the know-how and the tools to handle any job... including a crane that can lift giant limbs over the house! These guys are great! They took out two huge trees in a short time and left my yard, and my neighbors yards, sparkling clean. Well worth every penny.

They removed my giant valley Oak that Had become very dangerous. It was over my house and Had a crack in the trunk from a cavity that had gotten worse ,A lot of rot. Quality tree care have been taking care of my tree for years, so I wanted them to take it down. They were so professional using a crane to cut big limbs that were over my house. On time, very knowledgeable about the proper way to trim a tree. I have used this company for several years. My trees look beautiful. They prune off all the dead branches.
You can pay less by not using a professional company like this but your trees will not look very good.I see a lot of Jobs like this in my area. They just do a flat cut across the top and then the branches grow back improperly and it ruins the look of the tree.

We had a massive Valley Oak that was diseased and needed to be removed. Quality Tree Care took care of the permit. The crew that took out the tree was on time, efficient, and friendly. We would definitely use them again for any tree related concerns.

I helped a friend, Larry P., find a tree removal service to remove a huge oak tree where the branches spanned the length of his house. To give you an idea, the base was 17 feet in circumference!

I called Quality Tree Care first because of how many Reviews they had compared to two other tree service companies that had over 100 less Reviews.

When I spoke to their office, the gal who answered the phone, indicated that the Owner of the company could meet with my friend the very next morning.

Two days later, the crew came at 8am sharp and took the huge tree down by 4pm! The crew cleaned up everything including the shavings. The Owner appeared prior to 4pm to make sure everything was perfect!

My friend gives Joe, his crew and his office staff a 10+!!!

They were very easy to work with. Quick to respond to my initial inquiry, scheduled and came out all within a week. They were efficient and worked quickly. We had a tall pine tree removed. Left zero mess behind. Great service

Very happy with the work they did. HIGHLY recommend if you have artificial turf that you "remind" them to put plywood over the turf and then watch to ensure that is done.

Quality Tree Care was great to work with. We had a complicated job - (for context - someone from another company came to give us a quote and practically refused to do it once he saw the scope). We had a massive pine tree in our sloped backyard. We live on a steep hill (many work trucks can’t make it up or figure out how to turn around). And - to top it off - there’s a deck right below the pine tree - so it felt like there was very little room for error. The team did an amazing job. They spent three days removing our giant tree - hauling it up our massive hill. They did exactly what we asked and provided us with ample mulch for our yard. The deck wasn’t damaged in the process. My only challenge was getting on their schedule - clearly they’re busy and in demand - but it took a bit of follow up to get them to lock in on a date. We would absolutely use them again for our tree work!

Quality did an outstanding job of removing a huge oak tree in our backyard overhanging our house. The use of large heavy-duty equipment and very skilled workers did an amazing job. It was quite a sight to watch giant limbs and trunk lifted by crane. The clean-up crew did an excellent job. Definitely 2 thumbs up!!
