I can't recommend H.P. Carpet Cleaning enough. We moved into a house in Pleasant Hill that had a really strong smell, especially in the basement. The previous owners had pets and, after Russell brought out the black light, it was clear the pets had used the basement carpet as their bathroom. I have no idea how air fresheners covered up the fact that the downstairs carpet was in such bad shape, but once we settled in, we knew we had to get it cleaned. Someone recommended this company to us, and they were able to come out quickly. Russell walked us through the whole process, explained the best carpet cleaning treatments, and worked extra hard to try and save our basement carpet. He explained what to expect and gave us tips on what we could do. He also cleaned up some other smelly spots for us and said they would be happy to come back to make sure everything was right. They were truly excellent and I would call them again without hesitation. Unfortunately, the carpet just couldn't be saved because it was covered with years of pet stains and practically glowed under the black light. Once we removed the carpet, Russell came back and cleaned the concrete and the baseboards as well. The professionalism and care they showed were outstanding, and you won’t be disappointed with their service.
