I am very happy with the tree work we had done by Quality Tree Service. They were easy to schedule and they expertly removed a very large dead branch from a tree, trimmed up a plum tree after several limbs broke and beautifully shaped up our front yard tree. Prompt service, took good care around other garden plants and cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend them.

Great company to work with. Danny walked me through each tree, identified the issues and non-issues. Provided a clear scope of work. The on-site crew was very knowledgeable and professional. I wasn’t concerned about safety; they came with appropriate protection gear. Most of all they did a great job, pleasant to work with and did a great job cleaning the debris. Their price was competitive, and I didn’t feel like I had to supervise their teams.

Came to Benicia in December 2023. Badly needed tree care for a white mulberry tree and a small, fruiting apple tree. Great reviews for Quality Tree Care made me give them a try. Quick reasonable estimate, speedy appointment for the job, on-time, professionally and safety-outfitted crew, tools and equipment like large wood chipper and truck. Great job on both trees and, at no extra cost, removed a dangerously-hanging large branch from our huge pine tree. Quality Tree Care will be our go-to tree care company going forward! Thanks!

Quality Tree care was amazing for our recent tree removal. Danny came out and gave the estimate, he was on time, friendly and full of useful info! Quality Tree Care did an excellent job trimming and shaping our large trees - including 3 very large cedars, 3 tall birch trees and our 40 year old Japanese maple. The birch and maple had to come away from the house but looked great after extensive work. The team - especially Danny and Oscar were extremely professional. The entire team wore safety equipment and obviously knew what they were doing. Everything was cleaned up and removed at the competition of the job. I highly recommend!

We had a huge live oak come down and crush one of our cars. Joe came out very quickly and had a team in place that day to take the whole thing down so that we could free our car to get repaired. Will use them again for regular tree maintenance for sure.

I had to have 4 trees removed, one of which had fallen into my backyard. The whole process went smoothly from a quick estimate, help identifying what needed to be done and a reasonably fast scheduling of the job. The crew showed up on time and was very professional and responsive. It was a big job and I thought for a while there was no way they would finish in one day which would have meant them coming back the next day for an additional charge. But they did finish in one day. This included trimming trees away from the roof and a good cleanup. Thank You Joe, Andrew and your crew for a job well done. And I do think the price was reasonable. .

Danny McGinnes came out for an estimate. He was punctual, polite and professional. As an arborist he was very receptive to questions and comments as we walked the perimeter of our house. He build confidence and trust. We had other estimates and chose Quality Tree Service because they were the most reasonably priced and anxious to get the job done in a timely fashion. We were delighted with their work. The Forman on the job spoke English and was a delight to work with. Asked me to inspect work when wrapping up and was not hesitant to follow through with home owner’s request for a small tweak by taking down another small tree limb.
Very satisfied with Quality Tree Service. Would recommend them to all.

I have used Quality Tree Care for many projects from the removal of a huge redwood to the shaping of a young crepe myrtle. Joe Mattos is a great arborist and his crew is always communicative and kind. On my most recent job, I realized how clean they left my yard. You would never know they had removed huge branches from an old live oak!

Absolutely amazing work from the first phone call with Joe. Jonny came to do the bid (complete with videos). Oscar and his team came to do the work on the oaks, fir, and Redwood. Luis came to finish the extensive clean up. Stephanie was superb with phone follow up. I highly recommend this company.

Quality was a little more than the other estimates but more professional. It all started with the estimator who immediately understood our needs and gave us a real contract, not just an amount. The actual schedule of the job was a little challenging but they made up for it by the efficient and complete work! The space looks amazing. Thank you

Quality Tree Care is our go-to company for trimming and removing trees and large shrubs. They have done a number of jobs around our house. The crews are professional, knowledgeable, and pro-active. And they leave the job site clean. For example, if you are undecided whether to trim back or remove it a problem tree, they are good at giving you the pros and cons of each option.

Quality Tree Care has serviced several large eucalyptus on my property in the past. Recent inclement weather brought down one of the larger "widow-makers." Andrew was out that afternoon to provide an estimate and work commenced the following day to remove the debris. Work continued into a second day where the team worked through brutal rain and wind to finish the job. Will definitely be turning to this team in the future.

We had an awesome experience with Quality Tree Care from start to finish. Responsive, reasonable prices, and the guys were experts at taking apart a huge eucalyptus we had that had grown around many electric lines. Highly recommend.
