Cole Bene is the epitome of professionalism and customer service. I did a Google search and chose Bene Electric based upon other customer reviews, so I gave Cole a call to replace my kitchen nook light. Cole was at my house within one hour. His work is fast, clean and detailed oriented. Not only did Cole remove my old light fixture and replace it with a new one, he gave me tips on on how to change my canned recessed lighting to LED canned lighting and then he walked my property to give me best advise on adding additional landscape lighting. A great experience all the way around!

Grateful to have found Bene Electric. I appreciate the thorough quote and explanation of work to be done. Bene Electric has added electrical outlets to my garage, hardwired an electric water heater and is scheduled to return to troubleshoot my hot tub electrical problems. I highly recommend.

Had the pleasure of meeting Cole today as he diagnosed and fixed my intermittent breaker failure issue. I was impressed that he showed up exactly on time and quickly resolved the problem. He took the time to explain why my problem was occurring. A very positive experience!

Cole was great. Called Thursday afternoon and after describing the problem he was able to squeezed me in and come Friday morning. He after talking to the tenant determine that he was super charging his Tesla and the mode was too high for his Tesla model. The super charging was only meant to be used occasional not everyday. This put to much stress on the main breaker causing them to fail . He also said for this model that when you are pulling 50 amps that it shortens the life of the battery and may cause a battery fire.

Anyway I was very pleased that he was so knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Cole Bene is a really great electrician! He is an expert electrician and does great work. I give him the highest rating possible. He is also a very nice guy. He can do any job needed to be done with many years of experience. I cannot emphasize enough how good he is.

I wish all home projects could go this smoothly! It was nice to find someone who is licensed, knowledgeable and professional. Cole was responsive and timely and did a great job installing our new doorbell, replacing outdoor light fixtures and upgrading an outdoor outlet box. He explained what we needed and why and came with all the necessary parts. His pricing was fair and he presented a detailed and concise estimate before he arrived (much appreciated!) I recently had Brian install my smoke alarms in my home. Brian first came by to take a look at my unit and gave me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and he came by the following morning to install the alarms. Brian was very professional at his job. I highly recommend Brian at BR Electric.

Was looking for a Whole House Fan. Since I was in Gilroy, I know it can be hard to find a place that would install them, so I did what most people do and looked on Yelp. The first listing I found was another company with the most review and located in Campbell which is great right? Message them and they responded the next day giving me pricing BUT they said they normally don’t service my area. Said they could message me in November when they are slower and maybe book something then.
Decided to go onto the QuietCool website (Best Whole House Fan if you do the research) and see if they had a recommended dealer. They recommended this company; The QuietCool Guys. Decided to message them on the website and Drew responded in minutes. Minutes not a day later! I thought I did my research and wanted the stealth 4.8x for my house size. They recommended the 6.0x and were willing to bring both on the installation date to see what was best. I went with the stealth 6.0x and I don’t regret it. Better to go larger than a smaller unit that could struggle to work. On the day of the installation, they texted me the estimate of the time the crew would be arriving and even the photo of the person I would be talking to, Cody. Cody was very professional when he did the installation. They laid down the plastic sheet and vacuumed the whole area. Installation took about an hour because of my attic space. They tested out everything and showed me how to use the RF controller. Cody even had some recommendations on how to put the RF controller on the wall so that it wouldn’t damage the wall.
Overall, this company is very responsive, professional, thoughtful and did a great install. Even though they were further away, they were willing to travel about an hour away to do the installation. With the manufacturer rebate and the free wireless RF control, which the other company didn’t offer, this place was cheaper. I highly recommend this company!

The installers were fast efficient and professional taking care to keep the home clean while working. The install looks great and my first night using the fan has thoroughly impressed me!! I am so happy to have made the decision to have these fans installed!
