Fitch electric ( Lucas and Justin) did a great job installing my generator in fastest possible. Their generator price and services were very fair and beat all other quotes that i had received. They came in dispose the old generator and install the new Generac generator in just two days.

we have had our GENERAC standby generator for a year now. We have no complaints with the generator's operation. It sure is nice to have electricity when the power is down. We had our first preventive maintenance visit. The person came on time. He called before he came, not only did he do the preventive maintenance check he also told us how much propane was left in the tank (we are unable to check the propane tank level) I am glad we went through Fetch Electric to get our GENERAC generator.

Fitch Electrics installed our Generac system and stand by their work. We had a situation with our system’s battery that failed (nothing to do with the installation of the Generac or the system) and Fitch Electric texted back immediately during the evening and sent a technician out within an hour to fix it. It was a cold and heavy rain nite and our family really appreciate Fitch go beyond to resolve the issue. This is truly beyond our expectation. Definitely recommend the company to all my friends.

He was polite and patient and took care of all the maintenance issues and tried to help me connect my phone app, which I continue to struggle with, although Devin recommended a wi-fi booster being located closer to the generator as a likely fix,

We signed up for an annual maintenance plan for a Generac generator and the service was performed on schedule this week. The technician notified us that he was on his way and arrived during the time window specified. He performed the service and notified us of the work performed and confirmed the operation of the generator. We continue to be impressed with the staff and highly recommend Fitch Electric.

Fitch added a new circuit to my electrical panel for a few outdoor outlets. They were very professional, worked diligently, and checked in with me throughout the job to ensure our understanding was aligned. Isaiah was accommodating when I decided to place the outlets in a different location.

Fitch was easy to work with for a Generic generator service. The process to schedule a service appointment is highly automated (you cant make it over the phone and have to fillout an online request which is a little scammy), don't let that be a turnoff for you. The tech showed up on time and had our generator up and running again in no time. We had them do a full service on it. The tech took the time to clean out the whole generator cabinet and took the time to show me the basics of how it works and how to service it myself.
If we ever need to have it professionally serviced again I will definitely call Fitch Electric first!
