Chad from Degryse Electric came out right away and was able to diagnose and get the power back on. A part needs to be ordered to get the generator back online but I am confident that will be expedited and within days the generator will be back online as well. I would most definitely recommend Degryse Electric- quick and professional response.

I am very pleased with the responsiveness of Degryse Electric to fix issues that have occurred. We had Degryse install the Generac top generator and the requirements were rigorous. The service quality and responsiveness gives us peace of mind.

I was super happy that DeGryse office people called me to set up the annual appointment without me having to do it (I'd have forgotten). Then, they were happy to reschedule the appointment as I had a conflict.

On the day of the annual checkup, Joseph arrived a bit early, and did a good job. He politely answered my questions.

All in all, it was a really pleasant experience.

Degryse Electric installed our Generac generator in October 2023.
The installation went well and since that time whenever our PG&E power failed, the generator came on and saved the day. Needless to say, after close to 40 years of dealing with PG&E power failures, my wife and I felt like we were in heaven. No more dragging out our portable generators, requiring multiple trips to the gas station along with extension cords running all over the house, normally for 2-3 days. Most power outages went very smoothly, with no input required from us.

More recently, this year, we have had a generator malfunction, during a power outage, requiring Degryse Electric to come to our aid. Degryse was prompt and fixed our generator without issue. As a result, we have also signed a maintenance contract with them to make sure it is working when we need it. We would highly recommend other purchasers of a Generac generator to do the same.

We couldn’t be happier with Degryse and its personnel. More recently, Chad Myers, Backup Power Specialist, has been our main contact person regarding maintenance and Tina has been our contact person in the office.
Both individuals qualify for 5 Stars. We are very very happy with Degryse!
