Brandon came out to complete the annual service on our generator. He did it efficiently, quickly, and gave us a detailed report of what he did. Our generator was installed by Degryse a few years ago and our power has gone out several times since then. The generator always comes on quickly and says on until the power comes back. Definitely 5 stars!

We purchased a Generac generator. Installation was completed quickly and well. There have been numerous issues with it, BUT Brandon has been coming out promptly and trying to remedy the situation. Generac appears to be the culprit and Degryse and Brandon is working on it and I feel confident they will fix the problem.

Degryse Electric put in our whole house generator some time ago. They did a wonderful job. They connected it with the solar system so all the components talked to each other. I just had them come out to add another EV car charger plug attached to my garage. I already had a Tesla wall charger in the garage. This new one is for a second EV charging plug when someone visits with an EV and needs to charge up. I called them and they were out in a couple of days. It was done quickly and works perfectly. I would highly recommend this company. Degryse is phenomenal and is reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

I know you probably can’t pick your electrician BUT we had the best experiences with Ricky. Patient, thorough, KNOWLEDGABLE and explains stuff really well. Definitely went way over the “above and beyond” level of work performance. Hire Degryse and thank me later!

Brandon was terrific. We spent the day together. What I guessed would be a quick 1-2 hour job ended up a lot more complicated. Will definitely use again. The office was also great with the appointment, and call back to confirm. Appreciate you.

Danielle delivered great customer service to set up an appointment to have the annual PM performed on my Gernerac Generator. Brandon showed up as scheduled and completed the service on the generator, shared the generator report card with me, and prepared me for possible maintenance needs in the future. Brandon’s knowledge of the equipment was impressive.

Degryse Electric installed my Generac generator and electrical system 5 years ago, and have been taking care of it since. It is so easy to work with them. Great communication, technicians always on time, and office staff very responsive. I have no reason to look for an alternative service provider, even if they could be a little bit less expensive. You get what you pay for, right?

We were very pleased with our technician, Devin. He kept us informed of his arrival time. He was efficient, and delivered great customer service. Overall, great experience.

Fitch is a great service provider for Generac generators.

A bit outside the scheduled time but not too badly so.

Replaced my battery and gave my Generac generator a much needed tune up (changed oil and filter, and cleaned some oil that had spilled). Responsive, prompt service, fair price, explained what they did.

Have used Fitch Electric for a few years now and I 100% recommend them. They stand by their products and service and are so easy to work with not matter how complex the issue. Highly recommend.

Tech was very good and right on time. I would give them four stars this time because I had to call Fitch three times on consecutive days to get them to call me back to set up the appointment.
