Not recommended for repairing and diagnosing SunPower system. We had them come out and tell us they don’t have the ability/access to work on the SunPower’s SunVault system. They charged us $500 for tell us that. Since then, I’ve contacted other solar companies. Most charge $250 at most and they had better knowledge about the system.
If they don’t know what they’re doing, they shouldn’t rob people of $500. Either say you don’t know how to fix or tell me straight up that you don’t have access from the beginning.

It’s been over 5 years we got it installed by them. Got issues with solar twice. Each time they refuse to answer emails, calls. Stuck with extremely poor quality of people. Can’t go elsewhere coz most operators don’t want to negate warranty

Right from the request for quote through the design, HOA docs to installation and working with the city, our experience has been amazing with power on solar for our Sunpower system. Especially during the current environment with labor shortage and supply constraints, Aryen and team helped us with options and designed a system that suited our needs including our EV charging at home. They didn't try and upsell anything extra ( like a powerwall) and we appreciated that.
On the day of installation, the team came on time and was very professional. Despite a change in plans of how to draw the wires and conduit, they planned and executed with precision and kept me as the customer in the loop.
We would highly recommend them for any solar or storage needs!

I want to report one of your driver I was just driving on De La Cruz near airport and driver on the van with #1019 there was light traffic he was behind me and he was getting so close he almost hit me he had the chance to move to the other lane but he decided to keep on getting close to me.HORRIBLE DRIVER!!

Called 3 times to get a quote. Then they said that it would be 135 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. I need a new breaker added to the box to have a cubicle power strip hardwired to the new breaker. They said they would have there acheduler call me to schedule a date. Still haven't received a call. I use to do buisness with them alot at my old work. Looks like they will be loosing future business before it even started.

People be very careful with this company specially the drivers on sep 25th 2024 this vehicle was driving on hwy 17 northbound as you see in the photo near Los Gatos , the driver was driving a very dangerous speed over 80 miles per hour my dash cam recorded the video, contacted the company to report the driver’s behavior. The person I spoke on the phone sounded he didn’t care about the incident, he sounded careless because the answers he was giving me. PEOPLE IF THIS COMPANY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR DRIVERS BAD BEHAVIOR MAKES ME THINK THEY ALSO SCAMMED THEIR THE CUSTOMERS WHEN IT COMES TO DO ELECTRICAL WORK.
I JUST HOPE SOMEONE WILL DO A LAWSUIT AND PUT THIS COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS FOR GOOD .

On Monday morning at around 8:38 am, 12/4, electrician driving the truck with Lic plate 47528H2 was incredibly reckless for almost crashing into my vehicle. We just entered southbound 101 lane (De La Cruz) and was honking like crazy and almost hit my car, super impatient. He was behind me, and it was going to one lane and acted like I was wrong? Very unprofessional, would not trust this business or their techs. No decency!

Only electricians we will use.

Luis was great. Diagnosed exactly where the short was coming from and recommended the most economical way to fix it.

If you want to know who's causing gridlock in San Francisco, it's meatheads like these cutting in and blocking lanes of traffic so that they can get onto the bridge five car lengths ahead of everyone they just cut off.

I have seen a truck with this company logo drive through Reno. The truck was a F-350 super duty truck. The owner of this truck tried to run me off the road because he got upset that I passed him in the fast lane. He passed me again and followed me. I pulled over and then he threatened to run into my vehicle. We do not want this kind of behavior in Reno, NV. If you would like to continue having a presence in Reno go to anger management, get a hair cut, and change your attitude. I hope this message gets to the owners son. I think thats who was driving.

We had an issue with plugs not working in the kitchen, which turned out to be a GFC switch. I showed them some issues on our panel and they replaced 2 circuits in the panel and upgraded a plug in the bathroom. Family owned, very honest and reasonable. Recommend them strongly.

We've been using Chase Electric since we moved to California 2 1/2 years ago. They are very good, on time ,and very reasonable. We highly recommend them. Family owned, which we like.
