This is a dangerous company to work with. My family nearly died. We hired Degryse Electric to provide my home a full house generator. The price was good enough and the installation was not too much of a delay. The people seemed nice. Unfortunately, they installed the generator, with its exhaust pointing directly at our heat pump. Last year when we had a PG&E outage, the generator was running at night and my wife and oldest daughter got carbon monoxide poisoning and didn't wake. My youngest daughter woke up to all the alarms going off and had to shake my wife to get her awake. Fire department came and tested the house and it was full of carbon monoxide. They rooted it to the generator. Upon notifying Degryse, they did not react professionally and without care. Also, now months later, I am having a service/panel upgrade done and the electrician (not Degryse) showed me how Degryse installed the generator on the wrong side of the load (on the same side of the meter and before the main breaker) and how they illegally cut the PG&E tag to do it. You have been warned.

I found out about Degryse Electric from my Suburban Propane driver for a generator install and was introduced to Jeff. I had contacted Generac for a dealer near me before and the first time the company recommended a dealer they never reached out and then the second dealer Generac recommended did come out and gave me an insane price. Jeff came and gave me an amazing deal and I love having my house now on a whole home generator. I live in an area where PG&E cuts power a lot and was fed up with so many outages. I was afraid once I installed the generator I would never need it, but I have used it 4-5 times already and it was just installed in April. It literally came on the 2nd day after install due to a PG&E outage.

I know some reviews mention about bad electricians and thankfully I had an installer with 20+ years on the job. He did have an apprentice that he had to let go the second day on the job because he was messing up things during install. So maybe that experience exists, but thankfully I had a good installer and hopefully others can get good installers too. They do need some reminders to keep things on schedule, but the office is responsive and super nice. I've done a lot of construction projects on my house and this one has been one of the most smooth and least painful so far. Still waiting to get the permit finished since the county is slow, but so far everything has been great and I love my generator installed!

I would definitely recommend you contact them if you want a Generac home generator installed for your house!

I have been hesitating to write this review, as I am more of a positive review sharer than a negative one. However, I feel compelled to share my experience, especially due to the dishonest treatment of the owner, Aaron, of this electrical company.

The work that was done at my office was performed by a willing and hard working electrician, Anthony. He tried his best. But he was not qualified to do the work. He would share with me that this was the first time he did a job like this. And at times watched you tube videos for how to perform the work.

I played the part as best as I could. Trusting in the very salesperson professional approach that Aaron showed while he came to my office to quote the job. He was very polished in that way. But the work performed did not measure up and his professionalism after the initial viewing of my work to quote the job, his professionalism was poor. And dishonest. And disrespectful as he ignored my attempts to reach him.

I will never use this company again. Too many other honest and well performing, ethical, businesses to support.

Had our first annual maintenance on our Generac Generator. Jesus was great. Thorough and friendly. Our Generator is working fantastic!

Chad and Cooper from Degryse Electric were great. They installed my new ChargePoint electric car charger in about three hours. They were courtesy, respectful and efficient. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work.

Showed up in the early part of the window to arrive. Was polite and got right to work. When he finished he explained what he had done, accepted my check and moved on to his next appointment.

Brandon arrived on time, did the PM on the generator and let me know once he was finished. He was courteous and answered my questions.

Aaron Degryse promptly arranged for a tech to come out and remedy a problem with the Zombie box that muffles the sound from our generator. Chad was very nice and professional and did a great job fixing the problem.

I switched ISP so I needed to change it on the generator and I was having difficulty trying to figure out how to do it. I spoke with Brandon and in less than 10 minutes it was done. Always good to talk to somebody who knows what they're doing, thank you again
