Their personnel is inexperienced but ready to sell, and their “gallon” chlorine bottles come notably low. Their water results are inaccurate, inconsistent, I was skeptical about results and we try the test again, the results came out very different the second time, however the person was ready to sale more chemicals.

We had pool time out to bid our major pool renovation last summer. They were not the cheapest but we felt they were the most qualified of the 5 companies we had bid our project. What attracted us most was the fact they were licensed landscapers as well. This fact made us much more comfortable with the removal and replacement of the current landscape as part of the project. Another important factor for us was the zero pressure and non-salesman type approach Jon took when meeting with us. Then the real important item was the huge amount of experience Jon displayed when walking us through the project. Many items other companies wanted to do were really not very beneficial for us and Jon set us straight! Thanks again to Jon and the entire Pool Time staff for great communication, follow through and work completed on time (earlier than we expects actually).

Pool Time built our family a beautiful energy efficient pool this summer (2014). We had several competing bids during our selection process. We were looking for quality, vast experience and expertise in the pool field. Pool Time was not the least expensive in fact they came in on the higher end but when we compared what they offered that was different--that cinched it for us!
What we found: They have been in business for over 30 years, they really knew their installation technique. We have been pouring over internet information and calling everybody we could to educate ourselves about the process. They do things much different then the others to make the system as a whole much more efficient (energy #1 and also water movement). We got a lifetime warranty on our pool's pebble surface and an extended 3 year warranty on the Pertain equipment. We talked to random pool service companies that DON'T build pools and 3 out of 5 told us to call Pool Time. All in all it was a pleasant experience all the way through. What we wished we had know is they do landscaping but we had already had that done by a less than desirable company. You cannot go wrong with them!

My long time pool service recently had some staffing issues so I figured I could handle it for a while with the Costco Chlorine... Not a good idea! I reached out to Pool Time and they came the same day. Tony was so knowledgeable and informative. He spent a lot of time to get everything back in order. Their prices are competitive and the office staff and onsite service personnel are very professional and friendly. Thank you so much for the amazing service! I am grateful to be a new customer.

Paul and his team were unprofessional!

My first encounter with Paul was through a call that I placed to his office. He listened to my proposed pool project, and he said he would take the pool job on. He asked if I would email him pictures of the pool project. I eagerly sent him pictures! Paul led me to believe he would take on the project. After the initial agreement I called and left voice messages on his office line, as I was ready to start. His follow up skills really concerned me because he rarely called back after voice messages. The lady at the office that I spoke to said to email him because there was no way I would communicate with him by calling the office. That comment seemed very dishonest to me. After I emailed him many times he finally replied, and he said he would get back to me. When he called me back it seemed he was unorganized and not confident with his pool recommendations. Through my phone conversations and emails, I have concluded that he really doesn't care about this business, and he is getting ready for his retirement. I would not give this guy any pool projects based on my experience.

We used them to fix our heater in our spa. The service tech guy was great. The lady in the office is terrible. When the tech guy came to evaluate what was wrong, we didn't hear back from them for well over a month and a half. We called several times, at least 4, and no one responded to us. I had to drive to the office and speak with the lady in charge. She was completely unorganized and then made every excuse in the book as to why we haven't heard back from them. 3 days later he was out to fix the heater. Be prepared to pay outrageous prices and receive terrible customer service from office staff. Although not from the technician. Like I said, he was great!

My pool get alge problem under the hot summer. Pool Time help test the water and give detail instructions how to fix it. Just after a weekend, the clear and blue water come back to my pool. They only recommend products what I do need to solve the particular problem.

They are my go-to company for honest and reliable service. As a 40 plus year Realtor and property mgr i have used several similar companies and none has provided the top level of service they do. I highly recommend this company.

We will not use anyone else - they are just the best! Ken is always friendly, professional and very effective in rodent-proofing our property. So much so that we had 7 years with no rodent issues!

I called Premier Rodent after we found rodent droppings in our kitchen and living room in San Ramon. I spoke with Ken, who understood the urgency as we have a recently crawling baby that was at risk of coming in to contact with the droppings.

He came out quickly to set traps and identify all the access points on the inside and outside of the house. He took his time sealing up all access points to ensure it wouldn’t be an ongoing issue for my family.

Ken has successfully captured the culprits and we have yet to have another problem.

Super happy with the service Ken has delivered. He shows up on time and explains everything clearly. He’s found a bunch of little spots where mice were sneaking in and sealed them up tight. He follows up with us regularly and has been consistent throughout this process. Definitely recommend if you’re tired of uninvited furry guests.

I've used Premier Rodent Proofing for a few properties, I'm a realtor and from the moment you call the office and speak to the ladies to set up an appointment, billing, etc. they are friendly and great at scheduling appointments and reminders. Ken comes out and gives a great report and makes the next appointment and keeps you informed. They show up when they're supposed to and do an amazing job. I have already referred them to other realtors and friends.

I’m sad to admit that I use to go to home depot and get the bug spray and in the house use bug bombs. I think I almost killed my family and the bugs just kept coming back. My Wife said,that bugs are the worst thing that has ever happened in her life. With my head slightly tilted, I relied “Really”…the worst? Anyway my Wife felt uncomfortable with me putting chemicals in the house so I started looking for a company that used Eco-friendly products that are effective and won’t kill my family;-)

They sprayed the outside of the house and come back on a regular scheduled basis. The technicians never have to come inside the house because the git rid of them before they have a chance to come in.

These guys are great. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and were really pleasant to work with. As I mentioned I use them for regular maintenance, I have not seen any of the Ants and other bugs come back. One less thing on the to-do list.
