Patriot has been a reliable service provider sending skilled and conscientious techs to perform thorough treatment keeping pesky ants and spiders at bay. Don was especially courteous in completing an arduous task of working around a 20 foot light infested with spiders.

I tried to cancel my subscription, but every time I called the number, I was told the office will call me back. But I haven’t received any call back for over 3 weeks. Every time I asked them for a direct phone number to the office, I was told they don’t have it or perhaps they are not allowed to give it to me.

I am so frustrated after trying so many times, I don’t understand why they have to create this hurdle in communication and hurdle like this in canceling the service is just a recipe for angry customers. Are you gonna keep charging me because there isn’t a way for me to cancel?

Bi-monthly service has always been great- we had a mix up in communication with our contract and an unforeseen move out of state. Sheri was good about reaching out and we came to an agreement. I would recommend this business, but plan on a full year contract!

Every time Stormy comes it is a pleasure. She knows exactly what to do, where to spray, where I have my little oddities so not to spray on them (cameras, lights, etc). She is alway pleasant and knowledgeable. I am pleased with the service I get from Patriot and highly recommend them. Thank you Stormy for your outstanding service.

Patriot Pest is always so professional and courteous. Brandon does a great job and is super helpful! He always asks if there are any new issues from the last visit and makes sure to take care of it if there is anything new.

Had a great experience with Patriot Pest management. Noticed a wasp nest in my patio area and called Patriot Pest Management.

They were able to come in the next day in the morning to remove the wasp nest. The technician Casey was really helpful and called just before he was going to reach, answered all my questions regarding the wasps nest and promptly took care of the issue.

I would definitely hire and recommended Patriot Pest Management for any Pest related issues in the future.

Dave Estes from Patriot Pest Management, Inc., came out to my home today to inspect for carpenter bees and wasps. He was very professional and very informative, calling me when he was about the arrive on time to my home and telling me my options for dealing with the pest problems I have. I am very happy I found Patriot Pest Management and definitely plan to call on them for my future pest control needs.

Be careful! This company charges your credit card without your consent and charges you DOUBLE what they quote you on the phone. They deny the original price they quoted you. They don’t follow the customer satisfaction guidelines. Plus, they don’t cover up all the holes in the wall after paying thousands of dollars. You’d think they’d do a thorough inspection.

Dave Estes and Ulises Garcia were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during the inspection and service. They answered questions patiently and were thorough in making sure that no openings were left behind; they also set up traps to ensure that no rodents could enter the garage.

My wife and I were having a terrible ant problem at our home, as we usually do every summer. We had an appointment with another company scheduled the day before we had to leave town and that company never showed up. In a desperate effort to not return home to a house over run by ants, I called every pest control company in town. Not only did Patriot Pest Control provide great service initially, but understood our predicament and made it happen for a tech to come out just a few hours after my call. Their responsiveness and efforts to get us in were just the beginning of our great experience. Sean, who came out to our home, was courteous and sensitive to the fact we had two kids and two pets at home, and went above and beyond with the way he conducted himself and his business. We will call Patriot every summer to help us with our recurring ant issue, and we can’t thank them or recommend them enough!

We've been using Patriot Pest Management for over 20 years, and they've helped us maintain our home, helped when we had pests, and have been a friendly, on-time, reliable service. When we moved, we thought we were going to have to switch suppliers, and were thrilled to find they had a team servicing El Dorado Hills as well. Dave, our Patriot Pest service technician, is very attentive to our needs. He called to let us know he was running alittle ahead of schedule if we were ok with it.... he checks in with a smile and a handshake, then asks if we have any special items for him to consider..... then he goes to work quickly and efficiently. The service was on time and performed a great and accurate inspection. He found places that are causing some issues, took the pictures and made recommendations.

This review is long over due. Patriot Pest Management is well managed company. There has not been a technician that has not had a great attitude when doing their work, a clear indication that they are happy where they are and they are being well-trained and taken care of.
