We needed urgent help as our 100# German Shepard had terrible diarrhea the previous night. Elmo and his crew were able to get over that day to clean the soiled carpet. They were punctual, professional and I highly recommend Mr. Steamers!

They were very professional and helpful, in giving us a rundown on how they were clean our carpets. We had issues with urine satins from our dog, and the results were more then stellar, and our carpets smell and look cleaner than before and the urine stains were removed. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.

We needed a tile floor cleaning of kitchen and family room area on tight schedule and budget and Mr. Steam made it happen. Elmo is a stickler for perfection and you can see that in the work. We got our Italian tiles cleaned and grout sealed and looks really really good now.

Mr Steamers provided the best service and finest work of any carpet cleaner we've used in the past! I will never use another company! We had pet issues and would have resorted to replacing our carpet, but decided to give it one more try with Mr. Steamers. Not only were they successful, but they also guarantee their work! They are the best!

I have now used Mr. Steamers 3 times now and I have to say that Elmo and his team are professionals. From the initial estimates to getting the carpets cleaned they do not let you down. Most of all I appreciated the honest as far as what stains could be removed versus the ones that could not be. Hands down 5 star service.

Mr. Steamers did an incredible job. Our carpets in our office building take a beating with foot traffic. When they got done they looked brand new. The arrived on time, there attention to detail was outstanding. Without a doubt I would use them again.

You will be impressed with how they approach a project, take the time to provide work scope based on what it requires to do the work, just to ensure they set the right expectations. Highly recommend Mr. Steamers. I came across them while driving in the neighborhood. I saw their van, and coincidentally was looking for a carpet cleaning service (we've use other local one's). We were expecting our second baby and wanted to clean the carpets (we have another little one and a dog). The results were amazing.

From the beginning the customer service was clear, friendly and accommodating.

At the end of the service, I was walked through the house. It was a nice way to end the appointment. They did a great job of protecting the walls with corner wall guards, and taking their time with each application.

We will definitely be using them again next year.

Elmo and his wonderful team were amazing! Coming from the property management industry, I’ve seen hundreds of carpets cleaned. The biggest thing that always stood out to me was how the carpet next to the baseboards never seemed to come clean. Not with this team! My carpet is as clean next to the baseboards as everywhere else! It’s amazing! Best cleaning team I’ve had. They’ll be heading this way to do my tile and grout next! This time I’ll take before and after pictures. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Angelo was my tech that showed up and he was on time and did a fantastic job. Really paid attention to detail by placing protection on the corners of walls and stairs so his hoses wouldn’t scratch my paint. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Very Satisfied with the service I got from Mr Steamers for carpet cleaning. They went above an beyond to ensure that I had everything ready before my move in. My new home heating didnt function as expected over the day they had cleaned the carpet and I had the movers coming in the next day. A quick call to them and they came back ad setup heaters in all the wet places and protective rugs to make sure the movers dont soil the cleaned carpet. I've had my carpets cleaned a few times since I've lived in Pleasanton, but Mr. Steamers is hands down the best! Elmo and Moses came out and cleaned six rooms in my house and were here most of the day! These guys treat your house like it's their house! How could you possibly ask for more than that? Highly recommended!!

I was VERY pleased with the excellent service we received from Mr. Steamers. We were scheduled for next day cleaning. The 2 technicians arrived a couple of minutes early. They did a thorough inspection 1st to confirm the work order and were able to complete everything in a 2 hour window as quoted including the pet soiled areas. The carpets looked and smelled brand new. I'm sooo glad that my friend referred us to Mr. Steamers!

I picked this company based on good online reviews.The company guys arrived at the promised time and spent around 4 hours doing the job. They were very knowledgeable and meticulous about every little detail and corner. The carpets were much better after the job...very bright. The pet smells left behind by prior occupants were dramatically reduced, but not eliminated. We expected this based on online research, so were realistic in our expectations and also had some lessons learned. They came with industrial grade fans which helped accelerate the drying. The carpets were near dry within 8 hours. I would definitely recommend this company!
