Edwin, our cleaner arrived a bit before expected, which was wonderful. Since this was our first time to use American Window Cleaning (recommended by a long-time client of theirs), he explained how he would approach our two-story house. He then set to work and did a terrific job. When he found one dual-pane window that had a crack on one of the panes, he explained the situation to me and advised that it was better not to clean that cracked pane. All went very well; our house was kept clean through all the work. Thank you!

Arrived early, finished quickly, very efficient, professional and friendly plus windows look great!

Overall, a good job; however, I discovered after the guys left that the inside window sills were not wiped down at all, and the window “tracks” weren’t really cleaned out either☹️. I thought that was part of the inside/outside window service… am I wrong?

Darryl did a great job cleaning our windows! We opted to have just the exterior windows cleaned. The work was performed neatly and carefully and at a very reasonable price. I am very pleased and plan to call them each time I need my windows cleaned.

Renee, in the office always gets back to you and makes sure that their people are on the way, she verifies appointments and contacts you if there are unexpected problems. I had American Window Cleaning clean our windows earlier this year. Chris did an excellent job & I believe I wrote a review at that time. I just had Daryl clean our gutters, install gutter screens and sweep the roof. He did a thorough job. He showed up when he said he would. he added extra support for the screens as they were heavier than the old. The final bill was less than the quoted price. He had mentioned that he quoted for enough material to guarantee coverage, but thought it may take a little less. I found him friendly, honest and took the time to discuss the product and explain the installation.

Abby kept me up to date on arrival time. Mike Benjamin did a excellent job. On time, fast ,friendly and efficient. I highly recommend American Window Cleaning

American window cleaning is awesome. I have used them for years to clean our windows. I did not know they cleaned gutters too and used them today for the first time to clean the gutters on our 2 story house. Oh my gosh! Like no other gutter cleaners before. They removed the gutter guards and put them back, wiped down the outside of the gutters, thoroughly checked the water rain freely. I never give reviews but this is a great company. Employees I have worked with are long term and very nice. Wonderful!

A neighbor recommended American Window Cleaning after my guys of many years retired. I've used them 3 times now and it's been great every time! Same crew, all focused and attentive. We have a large home with LOTS of windows so it's not inexpensive, but their prices are competitive and they get the job done quickly and completely. Highly recommend.

Carlos made sure that all my windows were very clean outside and inside and the team worked hard and continuously. They seemed to have a tight schedule to get to their next job. I followed up by wiping parts of the sliding glass door screens and tracks that still looked dirty to me.
