Daisy and Maria Team #9 These ladies come and clean our house every two weeks. They are lovely, they come in saying hello and notice changes to the house, they even notice if I have lost weight or got a haircut. Not only do they clean the house but they tidy my clutter as well. They are a pleasure to have in my house and when I had a dog they remembered her name and never let her out. I highly recommend this company and this team.

I've been a customer of Molly Maid for nearly 10 years and I've always been happy with the service my cleaning team (Daysi and Mary - Team 9) has given me. I truly appreciate that I do have a dedicated team whom I've come to know and know I can trust in my home. They are quick and efficient, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted cleaning service.

We have been using Molly Maid for over two decades and have been very satisfied with their thorough work, conscientious and friendly staff, and reasonable rates. Daysi and Mary have been our regular house cleaners, and they are always upbeat and do an excellent job.

With our busy schedules, we couldn’t think of a week without them coming.

I had heard amazing things from my friend using the East Contra Costa branch - I hoped for the same experience. I made an appointment for an estimate on Tuesday - no one showed up or even called. I called at the end of the hour to ask if someone was still coming, which got sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail and still have not heard anything back two days later. I find this wildly unprofessional and won’t be using their services because of this experience.

I have used Molly Maid services for 4 years. The service has been consistently excellent. Martha and Dolores are always reliable, prompt, friendly and cheerful. They work so hard and their work is efficient and thorough. I am so impressed with their integrity and work ethic.

As a young family, keeping up with the demands of cleaning can be challenging (to say the least). Thanks to my amazing team, this is a major, laborious task taken off my list and I can focus my time and energy on my children. I don’t have to worry about straightening up before they arrive, they go above and beyond to ensure a tidy house by putting away toys, folding miscellaneous towels, and organizing odd and ends left around. They bring all of their own equipment and are amenable to the specific needs of our home. They adapt to our evolving needs, handling each request with grace, always striving to accommodate our preferences. They communicate well in English and I feel confident in their understanding of any new tasks I need accomplished.

The central office is responsive to scheduling adjustments and feedback. In the event a member from my team is not available (out sick, vacation, etc.) they will send a replacement, but there is always at least one of the original team members cleaning so they can instruct and guide the replacement(s) regarding the specifics of my home.

Our housecleaning team isn't just a service provider; they've become an integral part of our household and have grown with our family. They are trustworthy and dedicated, and their unwavering reliability, expertise, and genuine kindness make them truly deserving of the highest praise. We couldn't be more grateful for their hard work and the invaluable peace of mind they bring into our lives each week.

Team 9's Daysi & Mary have been a consistent and stable part of my home maintenance. I see them at our regularly scheduled cleanings, they know my house and how I organize things. They do such a great job at every cleaning, I really appreciate them! Molly Maid service is great and reliable, they call the day before to remind and confirm our appointments, service is consistently excellent.

We have been extremely satisfied with our Molly Maids team, Liliana & Angelica. They are thorough, do a great job, and are friendly and kind. 😊 The office staff is good too, very communicative and flexible for rescheduling. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment with this lousy company a week ago, During this week, I received 17 text message to confirm my appointment which is today December 17, 2025, my appointment arrival time was 8 to 10am, I waited all morning and after 10 AM I received a message saying we are not able to come for our appointment since our system allowed your appointment by mistake, I tried to call no one answers, This is the worst cleaning company, Do yourself a favor and don’t use it. Look for someone else

We’ve been using Molly Maids for a dozen years and have been very satisfied. There are normally 2 maids to clean our 2330 square feet house once a month and they get it done within 1.5 hours. Maids are friendly. I work at home while they do the cleaning.

Daisy and Maria were wonderful and did an excellent job on our move-out clean! I could tell they paid close attention to all details. The house was spotless!

We are able to book in 1 day advance & our house is 3000 sft then sent 2 cleaners & they did very good professional cleaning.

Update- service quality dropped tremendously and they are no longer providing quality services. Gave them several chances for improvement but were unsuccessful. I don’t recommend them.

Great service have had Molly Maids clean our house twice a month for over three years. Never had any problems and have recommended them to many friends and family.

I started noticing a musty smell whenever the air conditioner turned on, and after a thorough inspection, I discovered that I had mold in my ducts. They treated the mold with an antimicrobial solution and suggested installing a UV light to stop it from growing again. My air is now fresher, and my allergy symptoms have improved.
