They wear shoe covers inside the house and we always see the same familiar faces - which means that they take care of their people and pay them well. If you're looking for the lowest price, American Window Cleaning is not for you. This is my second time using America Wondow Cleaning. Edwin and Carlos were professional, efficient, and friendly. They did a great job, quickly!
As for price, you can find window washing services for cheaper - and in some cases, much cheaper... but the professional-level service makes it a little easier to pay.

To begin, Daryl dropped in person, inspected each and every window, and overall gutter health before providing a very reasonable estimate.

And they had an opening the following week to do the cleaning

The day before and on the scheduled day, we received a reminder on the service scheduled and ETA and name of the person doing the cleaning.

Edwin did a really great job with our windows and gutters, and was very thorough in his work.

Im really glad we found them and have plans to use their service regularly going forward

It was an absolutely great experience hiring Twomaids to do move-in cleaning of my new home. They were on time and friendly. Noted all the specific instructions.
The end result was transformative. The house was spotless with attention to detail. They went above and beyond to clean even the small gaps on the stairway where the carpet meets the wood, for example. The whole job was professionally done without any follow up required. I showed them everything, left and only returned once they were done. I would highly recommend Twomaids and would use them for any future cleaning work.
